Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with all cost conveyance royalty, taxes of the materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 enetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with all cost conveyance royalty, taxes of the materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Conveying from stacks spreading moorum on road surface watering and rolling with PRR etc with all cost conveyance royalty, taxes of the materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass board @ 250 gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5mm is exclucive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved shade on new work two coat to give an even shade with all cost conveyance royalty, taxes of the materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting 2 coats over a coat of primer with any approved paint with all cost conveyance royalty, taxes of the materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
