6.6 kV OVERHEAD TRANSMISSION LINE ((Refer Part-II of Annexure-III.2 of Vol-II/Sec-7.3 & Tender Drawings)
Two Single Circuit (for Substation -A) 6.6 kV Over Head line feeders on 52km/m rail pole along with suitable cable, lightning arrestors, isolators etc. for receiving power from Karo Project Substation and Two Single Circuit 6.6 kV Over Head line feeders on 52km/m rail pole along with suitable cable, lightning arrestors, isolators etc. for receiving power from Substation-A for Substation-B .(Each of required length)
Substation-A (Refer Part-III of Annexure-III.2 of Vol-II/Sec-7.3 & Tender Drawings)
i. 6.6 kV Lightning Arrestor-02 nos ii. 6.6 kV Isolators with earthing switch -02 nos. iii. 6.6 kV Switchboard No. 1A comprising of 13 nos. of 6.6 kV Vacuum Circuit Breaker Panels and 6 nos. of vacuum contactor panels complete with metering and protection system (Refer tender drawings and technical specification) at Substation A -. 01 no. iv. 6.6 kV/230V(L-L), 63 kVA (min.) indoor lighting transformer -2 nos. v. 6.6/0.433 kV, 250 kVA (min.) indoor Distribution transformer -2 nos. vi. 415V, of required rating AL Bus-duct (Refer tender drawings and technical specification) - Lot vii. 415 V sectionalized Motor Control Centre (MCC) cum LT SWITCHBOARD at substation A comprising of 2 nos. of Incomer ACBs, 1 no. of Bus-Coupler ACB and required nos. of outgoing Feeders for supply of power to LT equipment like Vibro feeder, EOT Crane, Electrical Hoist,Metal detector & Magnetic separator, Dust Suppression/ Extraction, Fire fighting system, Conveyor Brake, Conveyor motors rated below110 kW, Tripper Trolley, Plough Feeder, Belt Weigher etc. complete with metering and protection system (Refer tender drawings and technical specification).- 1 No. viii. 6.6 kV indoor Capacitor Bank of required capacity with with automatic P.F. correction relay at Substation A for improvement of Power Factor. Substation-B (Refer Part-III of Annexure-III.2 of Vol-II/Sec-7.3 & Tender Drawings)

i).IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) enabled HMI based Control console for control, Automation (SCADA enabled), of electrical drives connected to sub-station -A, complete with microprocessor based PLC having hot redundant CPUs & memory, audio-visual signalling, fault annunciation system, interlocking, printer, VDUs etc and sequence operation of equipment of Zone A as indicated in tender drawings (Refer technical specification)-1 Set ii). Project administrative communication system complete with automatic pushbutton type telephone sets at various location of Silo, MCC and control Room of sub-stations etc. including wiring of all sets up to a common junction box and connected to main auto exchange for external connection. (As per specification) ii. Industrial type duplex loud hailing plant intercom system complete with cabling accessories etc. as per technical specification. iii. Visual communication system with industrial type CCTV (As per specification)
