M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 including demolition of old brick work complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of walls in CM 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces on ceiling in CM 1:3 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash on ceilings complete all as directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of OBD as per manufacturers instructions over a coat of true care wall primer over two coats of birla putty 1.5mm each to level the surface and finshied smooth with emery paper No.180 followed by emery paper No.320 or 400 and wipe it clean complete all as specified and directed. M&L 10mm thick (square /rectangular), coloured polished Vitrified tiles as directed, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and dismantling existing tiles along with screed bed complete all as directed.

M&L 10mm thick (square /rectangular), coloured polished Vitrified tiles as directed, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the colour of the tiles laid on and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of existing tiles along with a backing coat complete all as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and n.exc 2 Sqm each each complete all as specified and directed

Refixing shutters of any description exc 1.00 Sqm mtr and n:exc 2 Sqm in each in same opening complete all as specified.

M&L for Granite (of any type) tiles 18 to 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting, rounding edges and polishing laid on and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including taking down existing stone slab/ tile complete all as directed.
