Providing and laying stone soling, duly hand-packed and properly rammed, including dressing, levelling, labour, materials and all costs of loading, unloading and carriage, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All work up to plinth level in 1:4:8 (1cement: 4 coarse, sand: 8 graded stone aggregate of 40 mm Nominal size (Crushed) all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, head load (if any) cost and carriage of material involved complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, head (if any) costs and carriages complete.

Centering & Shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal form work for foundation, footings bases of columns blocks etc. complete.

50mm cement concrete flooring in 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2coarse sand: 4graded stone aggregate) 20 mm Nominal size finished with a floating coat of neat cement slurry including all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, head (if any) costs and carriages complete.

Providing and laying of 450mm dia. RCC pipe NP-3 spigot in proper position to the required slopes and grades including earth work in excavation and refilling the same and providing of proper cushioning including carriages of pipes upto site of work complete.
