REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF SUBMERSIBLE MONOBLOCK AND CENTRIFUGAL PUMP SETS AND ELECTRIC CONTROL PANELS INCLUDING DEVELOPMENT OF BOREWELLS AND CONNECTED ITEMS OF WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATIONS OF COD AREA AND NODAL POINT II AREA OF AGE WATER SUPPLY NO I UNDER

Disconnecting electric connections from LT control panel and starter of submersible pump set of size 2 to 15 HP and removing the pipe line connections from discharge side and taking down/out submersible pump set along with column pipe from bore well with the help of chain pully block including transportation to workshop for repairs and back and lowering of same pump in bore well after repairs after replacement of rusted nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket etc including testing & commissioning complete all as specified and directed (Note : Serviceability of pumpset after repair shall be got tested by EIC before re-installation and lowering. Each pump maintenance/functionality/serviceability will be covered for one year after satisfactory repair and if pump motor winding brunt out in the contract period or within defect liability period of one year, the same will carried out by contractor Free of cost at his own arrangement. A BOO will be ordered for checking of serviceability & functionality of pump after repair from work shop and the same will be kept on record dully signed & concurred by GE. These aspect will be considered during quoting rates per unit (Each Job)

Disconnecting electrical connections from panel board including disconnecting the cable leads from the motor terminal box and taking down/out electric motor of any capacity and makes from base plate of pump set after opening the nuts, bolts etc and Dismantling of the induction/Submersible motor and seperate the stator and rotor and removing the Unserviceable DE & NDE side bearing, burnt winding wire from stator and rewinding the same as per existing supper enamelled copper wire gauge with 'F' class insulation used including varnishing and heating for drying of winding, transporting the motor to workshop for repair and back, re-installed after repair including testing complete all as specified and directed (Note : (i) Bidder will quote all in all rate according to weight of copper rewinding retrieved after dismentling and mode of measurement of the item is in "KG" only for all the repair/over hauling. Please quote rate accordingly, no any extra cost will be paid by Govt. (ii) A BOO conveyed for working out old unserviceable copper winding quantity details of each pump and the same replaced with new super enamel copper wire of suitable gauze as per old pumps make and submit report of serviceability / functionality of pumps.

(iii) Transportation/freight charges for shifting of pump to workshop and recieved back in the laying/installation place as directed by Engineer-in-Charge shall be deemed included in quoted rate. (iv) Old unserviceable brunt copper winding wire shall be contractor's property and accodingly unit rate by contractor shall be treated as included od unserviceable copper winding recieved by him during repair/over hauling.

Disconnecting electric connection and De-coupling the Centrifugal pump and removing from foundation for repair after opening /cutting the rusted nuts, bolts etc and dismantling complete pump and repairing the same with replacing the following unserviceable spare parts i.e. CI Casing wear ring, interstage ring, stuffing box bush, lentern ring, eye bolt with nut, shaft sleeve, impeller key, coupling key, water liquid reflector, bearing cartridge, bearing plate, shaft bush, MS stud with nut, mechanical seal, gasket packing including grinding work of lathe machine if any and re-assembling the same including the transporting the pump from side to workshop for repair and back, re-installed at existing position after repair and providing new MS nuts, bolts, packing flange etc including testing complete all as specified and directed of following capacity:-

5 to 12.50 HP Capacity centrifugal pump

20 to 25 HP Capacity Centrifugal pump

30 HP Capacity Centrifugal pump

40 HP Capacity Centrifugal pump

75 to 105 HP Capacity Centrifugal pump

(Note:- (i) Proper inventory for repair and over hauling parts replaced during the repair in work shop shall be prepared and kept in record dully verified and signed by EIC. (ii) Old unserviceable parts repaired & replaced shall be taken on charge under demolition/salvage register with page number in demolition statement.)

Disconnecting the electric connection of monoblock pump of capacity 7.5 to 10 HP and removing the same from foundationfor repair after opening /cutting the rusted nuts, bolts etc and dismantling complete pump and repairing the same with replacing the following unserviceable spare parts i.e CI Impeller, GM shaft sleeve, Mechanical seal, water seal, water liquid reflector, MS stud with nut, gasket packing including grinding work of lathe machine and re-assembling the same including the transporting the pump from side to workshop for repair and back, re-installed at existing position after repair and providing new MS nuts, bolts,packing flange etc including testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- (i) Proper inventory for repair and over hauling parts replaced during the repair in work shop shall be prepared and kept in record dully verified and signed by EIC. (ii) Old unserviceable parts repaired & replaced shall be taken on charge under demolition/salvage register with page number in demolition statement.)

Dismantling complete submersible pump and repairing the same with replacing the following unserviceable spare parts i.e GM bush, rotor sleeve, water seal,cable seal, thrust bearing, sealing ring, upper & lower housing flange upper & lower with stud and nut, wire mesh, drain plug, SS distance sleeve, impeller key, inter ring GM neck ring, Guide bush, GM impeller/EPV Impeller, CI section chamber,SS coupling, CI stage bowl, T bolt with nut including grinding work of lathe machine and re-assembling the same testing, complete all as specified and directed of following capacity:- (Note:- (i) Proper inventory for repair and over hauling parts replaced during the repair in work shop shall be prepared and kept in record dully verified and signed by EIC. (ii) Old unserviceable parts repaired & replaced shall be taken on charge under demolition/salvage register with page number in demolition statement.

5 to 7.5 HP Submersible pump

Disconnecting the all electric connection and lifting the raw sewage pump set from sludge well/equilisatin tank and dismantling complete raw sewage submersible pump of capacity 5 to 7.5 HP and repairing the same with replacing the following unserviceable spare parts i.e GM bush, rotar sleeve, water seal, thrust bearing, sealing ring, upper & lower housing flange upper & lower with stud and nut, wire mesh, drain plug, SS distance sleeve, impeller key, inter ring GM neck ring, Guide bush, GM impeller, CI section chamber,SS coupling, EPV impeller, CI stage bowl, T bolt with nut including grinding work of lathe machine and re-assembling the same testing complete all as specified and directed. M&L for taking up the suction pipe of size 80/100/150 mm dia after opening of Nuts and Bolts and open the bottom plate of Swing type CI Valve and replace the unserviceable leather Gasket of swing disc as per existing size but of minimum thickness not less than 6 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement GI Nipple with flange welded, heavy duty 50 x 300 mm size complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No 14.00 here-in-before but of size 80 x 300 mm (Note for ser Item No 14 to 15:- Old U/s material GI Nipple obtained from demolition shall be taken on charge in demolition/salvage register and enter page number in demolition statement. Supply only in replacement of GI column pipe, heavy grade, class 'C', 50 mm bore of 3 metre length, heavy duty, flange welded on both ends complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement of GI column pipe, heavy grade, class 'C', 80 mm bore of 3 metre length, heavy duty, flange welded on both ends complete all as specified and as directed. (Note for item No 15 & 16: Old U/s material GI Column pipe obtained from demolition shall be taken on charge in demolition/salvage register and enter page number in demolition statement. S&F in replacement of submersible copper cable of size 2.5 Sqmm 3 Core. 1100 Volt complete all as specified and directed

All as per serial item No 18.00 here-in-before but cable of size 4 Sq mm 3 core, 1100 Volts . (Note for Ser Item no 18to 19 :- Old U/s cable obtained from demolition shall be taken on charge in demolition/salvage register and enter page number in demolition statement. Necessary RV in length (RM) shall be taken into account and attach with RAR/F Bill)

M&L Testing the cables with high voltage DC testing machine and locating the fault in the cables by fault locating machine to pin point exact position of fault, disconnecting faulty 1100 volts LT cables of different sizes from both ends , removal of fault , reconnection and testing of cables after removal of fault complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (a) 1100 volt cables and joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule (b) Retrieved old serviceable cable cover/ bricks will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra PCC cover / bricks and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs. (c) Exacavation and earth work will be measured and paid for separately under respective items of schedule.

Supply and fixing, testing & commissioning in replacement heat shrinkable jointkit suitable for XLPE cable insulated screened PVC bedded armoured electric power cable heave duty 1100 volts grade, with straded aluminium conductor, cross sectional area 25 to 35 Sqmm, 3.5 core after taking down/out faulty portion as exists compete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Old unserviceable Joint material shall be taken on charge and enter in demolition / salvage register in 'EACH' and attach the same page of salvage register with each RAR.)

M & L for preparation of surfaces for painting of existing submersible pump sets of capacity 2 to 15 HP and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement of Mild steel clamps in Mild steel flat of size 50mm x 6 mm with including two Nos Mild steel nut and bolts suitable for 50mm bore column pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Mild steel clamps in Mild steel flat of size 80 mm x 6 mm with including two Nos Mild steel nut and bolts suitable for 80mm bore column pipe complete all as specified and directed. Supplying and laying, testing & commissioning of LT XLPE insulated, armoured heavu duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 4 Core laid in trenches/floor/wall incl taking out old unserviceable cable and connection to panel for incoming and outgoing using suitable aluminium lugs complete all as specified. (Note For Ser Item No 46 & 47:- (i) Excavation & earth work will be measured and paid seperately under respective items. (ii) Old U/s LT XLPE aluminium cable shall be taken on charge in demolition/salvage register and enter page number in demolition statement. Necessary RV in length (RM) shall be taken into account and attach with RAR/F Bill). (iii) Layout of LT XLPE cable shall be approved by ACcepting Officer before commencement & laying of cable. (iv) Route marked indicator will be provided by contractor and quoted rate deemed included such aspects.

Openning of gland packing coupling and removing the unserviceable gland rope from centrifugal/Monoblock pump set of capacity 5 to 40 HP and fixing the new gland rope all as per existing size gland rope complete all as specified and directed.

Openning of gland packing coupling and removing the unserviceable gland rope from centrifugal/Monoblock pump set of capacity 75 to 105 HP and fixing the new gland rope all as per existing size gland rope complete all as specified and directed.

Openning of gland packing coupling and removing the unserviceable gland rope from Sluice valve of size 100 to 300 mm dia and fixing the new gland rope all as per existing size gland rope complete all as specified and directed. (Note for Ser item No 48 to 50:- Old U/s gland plate obtained from demolition shall be taken on charge in demolition/salvage register and enter page number in demolition statement. (Note:- Old unserviceable light fittings shall be contractor's property and quoted rate shall be deemed inlcuded cost of old unserviceable fittings.)

Supply and fixing including testing & comiisioning in replacement 60 watt LED street light New generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficient LED as lighting source and PC cover having TOP Opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 including making connections with GI pipe 0.6mtr angle braket fixing on wall and connectng to ceiling rose with apropriate wire complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Old unserviceable light fittings shall be contractor's property and quoted rate shall be deemed inlcuded cost of old unserviceable fittings.)

M&L for MCB SPN 40 Amps, 415 volts, 50 Hz suitable for fixing in MCB DB 'C' series including taking down old unsv MCB complete all as specified and as directed

(Note:- Old U/s material MS frame obtained from demolition shall be taken on charge in demolition/salvage register and enter page number in demolition statement. Necessary RV in weight (KG) shall be taken into account and attach with RAR/F Bill)

Supply and Fixing in replacement of MS foundation bolts with nuts and washers, size 20mm dia, 450 mm long complete all as specified and as directed.(including breaking of hard standing foundation) (Note:- Old unserviceable bolts shall be taken on charge and enter in demolition / salvage register in 'EACH' and attach the same page of salvage register with each RAR.)

Supply and fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank , cylindrical vertical with closed top, 500 ltrs capacity, triple layered hoisted and fixed in position after taking down as existing at site (of any capacity) complete all as specified an as directed. Note: Old unserviceable PVC tank shall be taken on charge and enter in demolition / salvage register in 'EACH' and attach the same page of salvage register with each RAR.)

M&L for development of bore well of any capacity and size at the pressure 10 kg/sqcm to 15 kg/sqcm by diesel engine driven air compressor of capacity 620 cfm includiing air pipe and connected items to improve the yield of tube well complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for development of bore well of any capacity and size at the pressure 22 kg/sqcm to 25 kg/sqcm by DTH Machine of capacity 1200 CFM including air pipe and connected items to improve the yield of tubewell complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (Note for Ser item No 65 & 66: The rate deemed to include the cost of Transportation of machine and minimum 1 Hrs of running.)

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks bricks straight or cured on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of old U/S brick work complete .

Supply and fixing & installation in replacement of perforated MS cable tray of size 350x50x2mm including horizontal and vertical bends, prepared hanging system and other accessories including painting of cable tray of complete all as specified.

M&L pre moulded machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paverblocks any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thick, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigments top 10mm layer of paver block shall be of rubber moulded type coloured pigment mixed with marble chips layer laid over 40 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : (i) Sand Cushioning shall be measured and paid under respective item. (ii) Old U/S paver block shall be kept in charge under demolition ledger and will be reused if found satisfactory in low lying area as directed by EIC.
