M&L Complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, including filling depressions of scrapped surfaces with 2mm wall care putty and preparation of surfaces for further treatment and applying two coats of distemper, oil emulsion white or tinted complete.

M & L for complete removal of existing surface of walls of any description by washing, rubbing down and applying two coats of apex paint by machanical applicator over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of Old steel surfaces any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer complete.

M & L preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint),any colour as directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc

M & L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 in on surface of walls and finished even and fair (without using extra cement) in patches.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 in on surface of walls and finished even and fair (without using extra cement) in patches.

M & L preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion Paint(Apex) over one coat of exterior primer, complete all as specified & directed

M & L preparation of new plastered surfaces nd finishing the surface of walls with 2mm wall putty and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of cement primer of, any colour complete all as specified & directed

Dismantling of wall/ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) of any type including cover fillets.

M&L for providing aluminium snap Grid frame work for false ceiling with of size 605X605 mm ,using Main and cross tee of size 36.5mmX25mmX1.4mm,weighing 0.24 kg/RM and 23.5mmX26.4mmX1.4mm weighing 0.191Kg/RM respectively. the snap grid shall be supported at end all along the wall with aluminium anodised angle of size 40mmX25mmX2mm weighing 0.36Kg/RM. The snap grid shall be fixed to ceiling supporting hangers consisting of 2mm dia MS wire/GI wire, J bolts, nuts and washers as per manufacturer's complete all as specified.

M&L 4mm thick non asbestos fibre designer cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws.

S&F in repair stainless steel grade 304 as in curtain rod 25mm dia having wall thickness 16 gauge complete all as specified and directed.

S&F SS bracket for SS curtain rod (suitable for 25 mm dia curtain rod) complete all as specified and design approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling AC/ CGI/ translucent ( corrugated, semicorrugated,etc), as in roof covering complete.

S&F Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based Corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in Ridge,etc with self tapping screws or J hooks as specified.

Taking down roof trusses,coupled rafters or trussed beam clean span above 4 metre and upto 8 metres

Dismantling of timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section in any position complete.

Dismantling of roof trusses,purline,rails& fastening etc of steel section complete all as specified and directed

M&L roof trusses (framed ), trussed, purlins, rails & fastening and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel, flat, etc) incl distance pieces, cleats , holdfast etc complete all as spd & directed.

Demolition of brick work build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, complete.

Taking down copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell,socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches , ceiling roses , pendent , regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. Removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit a for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed at site.

Taking down old/unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/TPN DBs/ Main Switch including old unserviceable MCCBs/ MCBs, Isolators, etc and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium Sub main wiring of any size from surface/concealed /existing conduit of any height and removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan of any sweep after disconnecting all necessary electrical connections from ceiling rose to fan, fan blades and deposit to MES store yard of AGE E/M Namkum complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down exhaust fan of any sweep after disconnecting all necessary electrical connections and deposit to MES store yard of AGE E/M Namkum complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed copper FRLSH multi stranded conductor cable in and including Concealed PVC conduit of size 20/25mm ISI marked inclusive of tees ,bend ,elbows etc upto and including sunk in anodized pressed steel box for housing switch socket etc with white cover plate with frame and suitable module ISI marked of suitable size complete including PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm FRLSH cable as earth wire to common earth dolly for connection to ceiling rose to earth terminal including cutting, chasses and making good disturbed surface to match with existing finish with plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for following :-

One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps

One fan point/ exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps and regulator

One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on the same board.

One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on independent boad.

One bell point controlled by one, bell switch 5 Amps

Description all as per item No 32 here in before but using 2.5 sq mm single core copper conductor cable of multistranded FRLSH, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade for 5/15 amps switch socket cobmination point including necessary running of 2.5 sq mm copper conductor FRLSH, PVC wire as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common eath dolly.

Description all as per item No 32 here in before but using 4.0 sq mm single core copper conductor FRLS cable of multistranded PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade for 5/15 amps switch socket cobmination point including necessary running of 4.0 sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common eath dolly. (for AC Point)

Making suitable hole by Cutting chassis of brick wall of suitable size ,fixing of exhaust fan & make good finish of the brick wall

M & L for Sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with two single core PVC insulated FRLS cable with stranded copper conductor of size 6 Sq mm nominal area and drawing into suitable size of PVC non metallic rigid heavy duty PVC conduit of white/ ivory colour and its accessaries ISI marked heavy duty of suitable size including concealed in wall etc one runs of PVC insulated with 6 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor FRLS cable as earth wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Two runs of 6 sqmm cable, one runs of 6 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit
