Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in all kinds of soil including dressing and leveling the bed upto the required depth and depositing the excavated materials with all leads and lifts,shoring & shuttering if required,cost of all labour,T&P required for the work etc.complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering ramming, cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete(1:3:6)in foundation and plinth using 4cm size black hard hand broken granite stone metals of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete watering and curing etc.complete to required levels laid in layers each layer not exceeding 150 mm thick inlcuding cost,conveyance,royalties and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) using Fly Ash.Bricks of size 10" x 5" x 3" having crushing strength not lessthan 75 Kg/cm2 in super structure after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in all florrs with all necessary projection, cutting mlulding, corbelling, champering, watering and curing including cost conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

R.C.C.work of M-20 grade having a minimum comprresive strength (in work test) of 200 kg/cm2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days using 12mm nominal size black hard crusher broken granite chips including hoisting,lowering laying and compacting concrete by using vibrator with watering and curing for 28 days centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves and beads whereever necessay including cost conveyance,royalties and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc.complete but excluding cost of M.S.Rods or Tor Steel and binding wires and labour charge for bending binding and tying the grills etc.complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6)in finished smooth to outside smooth surface of brick walls afrer racking out joints including watering and curing with cost,conveyance taxes and royalties of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P requred for the work complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6)in finished smooth to inside smooth surface of brick walls afrer racking out joints including watering and curing with cost,conveyance taxes and royalties of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P requred for the work complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supplying fitting and fixing vetrified tile in floors of size 600mmx600mm of approved make with appliction of polymer modified cement based water resistant adhesive bed of required thickness of 10mm and filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc.required for the work.

Fixing chequred tiles in floors,treads and landings on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing including cost of tile.

Supplying fitting & fixing of steel doors, windows,grill & grill gate including cost conveyance and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour,T&P required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Painting two coats in all floors to new wood and iron work over a coat of primer including sand papering,polishing the surface,including cost conveyance taxes of all materials,cost of all labour, T&P required for the work including cost of paint & primer etc complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

plastic emulsion paint two coats of approved shade including cost conveyance taxes of distemper and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc.complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with two coats of water proofing cement paint of approved shade including cost conveyance and taxes of cement paint, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Supplying, fitting afixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm @ 0.90mtr. C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc. with cost conveyance, taxes of all materials labour, T&P etc. required for the complete in all respect.
