The slump value will be in the range of 30±15 mm for laying on road including the cost of steel form work with sturdy M.S channel section including cost of admixture in recommended proportions (as per IS 9103) to accelerate, retard setting of conc. to improve workability without impairing strength and durability and including pumping conc. With pumps if required. The RMC is to be procured from plants of 1-ACC, 2-Nuvoco, 3-Mangla Redimix Pvt. Ltd., 4-Radha Cements Products, 5-J.P. & Bro. RMC & 6-Shree Ram Concrete at Faridabad or Gurgaon. The finishing of the laid cement conc. With surface vibrator & mechanical trowel including cost of curing 28 days, barriers diversion of traffic & lighting arrangement and chowkidar for watch & ward etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for making rough surface of concrete pavement for providing non slippery by mechanical cutter for safe plying of vehicles as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & making saw cut transverse joint/construction joint as per approved drawing provided at a maximum distance of 4.5m including the cost of covering of dowels bars with him plastic sheet for at least 60% of the length made upto depth 20mm before sealing the joint 5mm before sealing the joint 5mm thick compressible de-bounding strips with paperback shall be filled with polysulphide/ silicon sealant. Providing & applying thermoplastic paint 2.5mm thick road marking materials conforming to MORTH specification No.803.4.2 & 803.4.3 having reflecting index of sufficient strength to with stand heavy load without deformation and having soft melting point 25 to 30 degree more than climatic temperature of the area strips (retro reflective) of specified shade/colour of the compound shall be white or yellow (IS Colour No.356) using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease material etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge in accordance with applicable specification IRC Code: 803. Roads surface are Bitumen’s and cement concrete.

DA 53 Providing & fixing of Aluminium Road Stud. The body of the Stud is made of heavy duty aluminium body.
