M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster all as specified and directed and removing the debris out side MoD land.

M&L for 5mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 to ceiling surface and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster complete all as specified and directed and removing the debris out side MoD land.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC @2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and fair, including taking down plaster complete all as specified and directed and removing the debris out side MoD land. Note:- (i) The work to be carried out in Bldg upto and including 3 storeys & necessary Scaffolding to be erected/arranged for execution of plaster. (ii) WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces by using 2 mm thick white wall care putty to obtain smooth/ even finish surface using sand paper and applying two coats of oil bound diameter over a coat of primer as per instruction of manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of old paint and preparation of wall surfaces by applying 2 mm thick white wall care putty to obtain smooth/ even finish surface using sand paper and applying two coats of oil bound diameter over a coat of primer, ranged for execution of work of painting complete all as specified and directed.

M/L preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces by applying 2 mm thick white wall care putty to obtain smooth/ even finish surface using sand paper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer in ceiling complete all as specified and directed

M&L for complete removal of old paints etc. in ceiling and preparation of surfaces by applying 2 mm thick white wall care putty to obtain smooth/ even finish surface using sand paper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces including and over 2mm thick applying exterior graded acrylic water proof wall car putty on external plastering surfaces. Note:- (i) The putty work should be properly sanding to achieve desired smoothness before applying panting. and the putty shall possess good adhesive water resistance , crack resistance, weather resistance etc. (ii) The work to be carried out in Bldg upto and including G+2 storeys & necessary Scaffolding to be erected/arranged for execution of painting.
