(A) PROVISION OF ROOF TOP SOLAR POWER PLANT OF 1.5 MW AT AFS KANPUR UNDER GE (AF) E/M CHAKERI (W1)

Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of grid connected Roof top solar photo voltaic power plant without battery for generation capacity of 1500 KWp including comprising of DCR Solar Photo Voltaic panels / Modules with antiglare coating , Inverters/PCUs, Module mounting structure, Net meter (as applicable) , Generation meter, Array Junction boxes, DC junction/ distribution boxes, AC junction/ distribution boxes, Solar grade DC copper cables, AC cables, Lightning arrestor, surge arrestor, Earthings, civil RCC/ PCC/ earth work, Ladders, including preliminary and pre-operative charges & Comprehensive Maintenance charges for 02 years, other plant accessories complete including miscellaneous items required for satisfactory functioning of roof top solar power plant suitable to be installed at buildings no. (a) Hanger No.3- 200 KWp ( Available area- 3000 sqm), (b) Hanger No.4 - 200 KWp (Available area- 3000 sqm), (c) Hanger No.5- 200 KWp ( Available area- 3000 sqm), (d) Hanger No.6- 200 KWp ( Available area- 3000 sqm), (e) Hanger No.7- 200 KWp ( Available area- 3000 sqm) and (f) Hanger No.8-200 KWp (Available area- 3000 sqm) (g) Hanger No.2- 200 KWp (Available area- 3000 sqm) (h)Hanger No.8 Annex- 100 KWp ( Available area- 2000 sqm) alongwith necessary civil and electrical works required for erection and commissioning of Solar PV plant in accordance with prevaling conditions at AF Stn Chakeri, Kanpur(UP) with fixed type structure on tin shed and comprising of following sub-components/sub-systems which shall meet the specifications as given here-in-after and in tender documents complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- A. SOLAR PV MODULE Supply and Fixing mono-facial half cut mono-PERC DCR Solar Photovoltaic module shall be MNRE/GOI and ALMM approved having minimum 520 KWp capacity .The PV modules and Solar Cell used should be made in India having efficiency should be minimum 21% and minimum fill factor 75%, temperature co-efficient power shall be equal to or better than - 0.45%/°C.to be used. The rated power of the solar PV module shall have maximum tolerance up to +3%. and no negative tolerance. It shall perform satisfactorily in RH 85% with temperature up to - 40 degree centigrade to + 85 degree Centigrade and should withstand wind resistance on the surface of panel as per max wind

(e) Peak wattage, Im, Vm, Vsc, Isc and fill factor of the module (f) Date of year of obtaining IEC PV module qualification certificate including the test lab issuing IEC certificate (g) Unique serial no and model no of module (h) IV curve of module (j) Date and Year of obtaining IEC PV module qualification certificate (k) Name of test lab issuing IEC certificate (l) Other relevant information on traceability of solar cells and modules as per ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. B. MODULE MOUNTING STRUCTURE (MMS) at Hanger No.2,3,4,5,6,7,8 & Hanger No.8 Annexe AFS Chakeri, Kanpur Design, supply/ procure, fixing, module mounting & support structure made of Hot rolled galvanized steel Grade : S390GD(EN 10346)) with min 80 micron thickness zinc coating/galvanization as per relevant IS code .The structure shall be mounting directly on sheet metal roof or penetrating the sheet metal and fixing to the sub structure. The structure shall be non-corrosive and tilted at an angle suitable to obtain peak output power at site from the available solar radiation. The frames consists of channels, purlin, plates, columns etc. including leg assemblies of array structure. Necessary RCC foundation (if applicable) and associated iron work cutting, drilling, welding, jointing, grouting, PCC/ RCC filling, disposing waste material, etc., complete and fixing mounting arrangement suitable for SPV modules so as it can withstand wind speed of 150 km per hour or as per IS-875 Part-3 (2015). The mounting structure is to be installed at sheet metal roof (as existing at site) and the array structure has to be so designed that maximum load is directly on roof structure to avoid any affect on life & strength of structure.It shall also occupy minimum space without sacrificing the output of SPV panels & adequate space between the arrays shall be available for easy cleaning and maintenance. Nuts, bolts, mounting structure including module mounting structure shall have to be adequately protected from the atmosphere and weather prevailing in the area. All the fasteners, nut, bolts shall be of Stainless Steel of grade SS 304 or hot dip galvanized and panel mounting clamps shall be of aluminium and must sustain the adverse climatic conditions. The minimum clearance of the lowest point of the structure from the tin shade should be more than 100mm.The module mounting structure shall be securely anchored to the roof structure. The base of the structure should be connected on the Purlin of the tin shed with the proper

(j) Ingress Protection : IP 65 or better (k) Remote Monitoring: Wifi/ GPRS/ RS 485 as necessitated by site conditions & directed by GE. Web based monitoring with historical data storage for analysis (l) Display: LED Warranty : 5 years Min (n) The inverter shall adjust voltage and frequency levels to suit the grid. (o) The inverter shall be self-cumulated with Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) technology and shall be capable of synchronize maximum within one minute or less time. (p) Maximum Power Point Tracker (MPPT) shall be integrated in the inverter/ PCU to maximize energy drawn from the array. Charge controller (if any)/ MPPT units environmental testing should qualify IEC 60068-2 (1,2,14,30)/ Equivalent BIS standard. (q) The inverter shall have suitable Nos of protected inputs (as per design) and outgoing shall be protected by ACB/MCCB. (r ) All inverters/PCUs shall be IEC 61000 compliant for electromagnetic compatibility, harmonics, Surge, etc. (s) The inverter shall include appropriate self protection and self diagnostic feature to protect itself and the PV array from the damage in the event of inverter component failure or any deviation of parameters beyond the inverters safe operating range due to internal and/ or external causes. Inverter shall have protection arrangement against ground leakage faults, over voltage, (SPD) & over current. Inverter shall have arrangement for adjustment for adjusting DC input current and shall trip against sustainable fault down stream and shall not restart till fault is rectified. (t) Typical technical features of the inverter shall be as follows:- i). Switching devices: IGBT/MOSFET

(u) Invertor should provide remote monitoring system for accessing following parameters viz grid voltage and frequency, DC voltage and power from solar panels, inverter output power, and the total energy produced (Daily, Monthly, quarterly , Half Annually and Yearly). Additionally, parameters like load power (consumption), and system status (e.g., "run" or fault codes) etc. Web based or app based system to display these parameter with cyber security encryption for remote monitoring of theses parameter to be be provided by OEM. the manufacturing batch or date within a twelve-month time. (iv) Input voltage, type of voltage (a.c. or d.c.), frequency, and maximum continuous current for each input. (v) Output voltage, type of voltage (a.c. or d.c.), frequency, maximum continuous current and for a.c. outputs, either the power or power factor for each output. (vi) The Ingress Protection (IP) rating D. DC DISTRIBUTION / ARRAY JUNCTION BOXES at Hanger No.2,3,4,5,6,7,8 & Hanger No.8 Annexe AFS Chakeri, Kanpur Supply and Fixing DC junction boxes of suitable capacity, rating & Nos (as per design approved)/ OEM recommendations having suitably rated inputs and output terminals having separate DC fuses for both (+) & (-) on input and isolator on output terminal for each string. Each junction box must have a spare input terminal. The junction boxes shall be dust and vermin proof and water proof made of FRP/ Thermo Plastic with IP 65 protection or better standard in compliance with IEC 62208 and shall be UV resistant, fire retardant. It shall have surge protection and suitable arrangement for earthing connections as per relevant standard. Make:MNRE/GOI approved. (e)The incomming and outgoing cables from box, panel shall be properly sealed through proper glands. (f) Each array junction box shall have suitable bypass & reverse blocking diodes for maximum DC blocking voltage of 1000V or system voltage as approved designed with suitable arrangement of its connection. Reverse blocking and bypass diodes shall work for extreme temperatures and shall have efficiency of 99.98% confirmed by appropriate IEC standard. E. AC DB PANEL at Hanger No. 2,3,4,5,6,7,8 & Hanger No.8 Annexe AFS Chakeri, Kanpur - 08 Nos”. AC Disconnect switch (MCCBs) shall be of matching capacity as per inverter rating. Make:- Schneider/Siemens/ABB/L&T/Havells or equivalent as approved by GE for each location. ACDB Panel of suitable rating (Inverter AC capacity) shall be provided for interconnection of Solar Power Plant with proposed LT Panels near existing transformer and further connected to grid. Each ACDB shall be made of CRCA sheet of appropriate 2 mm thick duly Powder Coated as per colour approved by the GE. It shall be dust, water & vermin proof arrangement with IP 56 protection .

shall ensure proper functioning of the system as a whole. Contractor shall carry out rectification within time period as directed by Engr-in-charge. Penalty for achieving less CUF than the annually contracted target wiil be levied on a year-by-year basis. The shortfall in units (calculated based on that year’s specified CUF) will be charged at the prevailing import rate, subject to a maximum penalty of 10% of total units to be generated as per that year’s CUF. During the defect liability period of 24 Calender Months from the date of completion, the contractor shall deploy a suitable trade man/ technician in consultation & prior approval of GE, for routine maintenance of both the plant as recommended by the manufacturer and for checking functionality of various instruments/ infrastructure provided under the contract on weekly basis, and to take corrective action (if required any), to ensure continuous generation of solar power to achieve expected output. Trade man/ technician so deployed by contractor shall submit his report to GE on format as decided by GE. contractor shall ensure proper saftey norms to be followed by the workers during maintanence work Contractor shall also ensure cleaning of Solar PV Modules Periodically as per pre-planned schedule, Checking electrical parameter of the installed power plant, any other job other than above indicated jobs shall be covered under warranty of Solar plant installed and Keeping the area neat and clean free from vegetations growth.If during the defect liability period any part/equipment of the solar plant gets damaged or stops functioning, then the same shall be rectified immediately by contractor free of cost ensuring non-stop and smooth functioning of solar plant. (xi) In case non reporting of trade man/ technician on schedule day as decided by GE, a pro-rate (considering 8 hrs of working) recovery shall be double as per the previling govt market rates per day per instance shall be recovered from the performance guarantee/ dues. A proper record of weekly attendances & reports submitted and action taken by trade man/ technician so detailed shall be maintained by the Engr-in-Charge. The rates quoted by the tenderer (s) against item of Sch ‘A’/BOQ shall be deemed to include for above provisions. (xii) Capacity Utilization Factor (CUF) for a solar power plant should be minimum 17% with a degradation at the rate of 0.75% per year.

R. FIBRE-REINFORCED PLASTIC (FRP) / FIBRE-COATED ROOF WALKWAY SYSTEM at Hanger No.2,3,4,5,6,7& 8 AFS Chakeri, Kanpur -07 Nos ( Hanger 8 annexe being flat roof) Supply, install, test and commission non-corrosive, anti-slip FRP roof-top walkway system, panel type Moulded FRP grating 38 × 38 mm mesh, 38 mm thick to facilitate safe movement of maintenance personnel on sloped metal hangar roofs housing photovoltaic (PV) arrays at each location. Total length for each building shall be decided by the contractor post approval from GE. For more details refer Particular specification.

Material and labour for removing the excavated material n.exc 50M to a distance and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting existing steel tubing 40/50 mm bore for alteration and addition and screwing existing steel tubing for alteration and additions in postion and insertion of suitable new Tee for taking new connection complete including threading screwing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT panel outdoor type floor mounted ( LT Panel 1, Location : Near 11B Sub Station 1 MVA transformer) cubical type design verified confirming of IS/IEC 61439- 1 & 2, CPRI approval, totally enclosed vermin proof suitably ventilated, factory built, modular, sectionalized, compartmentalized, fully interlocked electrically and mechanically, extendable type suitable for operation on 3 phase, 4 wire 433/415 Volts, 50Hz, AC supply. The outer shell shall be fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet & MS angle section of suitable size for frame and compartmentalized inner shell shall be fabricated of out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet for control gear. Front and back door operating with locking arrangement at front . The panel shall have vibration free structure with Protection of enclosure IP 65 as per IS-2147 of 1962 with pre-treatment through 7 tank hot chemical process prior to powder coated with minimum 50-70 micron of approved colour. The bottom of outer shell contains a detachable gland plates shall be fabricated out of 3.0mm thick CRCA sheet having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size complete with stiffeners wherever required. The bottom base channel of section not less than 150mmX 100mmX 5 mm thick, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections. The entire panel shall have a common earth bar of required size at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, connections and interconnection with solid conductor wires / copper strips, neutral links, control wiring with 1.5 sqmm. & 2.5sqmm.The panel shall be provided with manufacturer name plate, heavy duty SS cable glands of adequate size for incoming and outgoing cables. Computer cut self adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bones and skull to be provided. Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of grid connected Roof top solar photo voltaic power plant without battery for generation capacity of 250 KWp incl comprising of DCR Solar Photo Voltaic panels / Modules with anti glare coating , Inverters/PCUs, Module mounting structure, Net meter (as applicable) , Generation meter, Array Junction boxes, DC junction/ distribution boxes, AC junction/ distribution boxes, Solar grade DC copper cables, AC cables, Lightning arrestor, surge arrestor, Earthings, civil RCC/ PCC/ earth work, Ladders, including preliminary and pre-operative charges & Comprehensive Maintenance charges for 02 years, other plant accessories complete incl miscellaneous items reqd for satisfactory functioning of roof top solar power plant suitable to be installed at buildings no. (a) Station Gymnasium- 70 KWp ( Available area- 585 sqm), (b) Loom Bay- 80 KWp (Available area- 600 sqm) and (c) RSD(L) Building New- 100KWp ( Available area -1473 sqm) .alongwith necessary civil and electrical works required for erection and commissioning of Solar PV plant in accordance with prevaling conditions at AF Stn Ojhar, Nashik (Maharashtra) with fixed type structure and comprising of following sub-components/sub-systems which shall meet the specifications as given here-in-after and in tender documents complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:-

B. MODULE MOUNTING STRUCTURE (MMS) for Station Gymnasium, Loom Bay and RSD(L) building Design, supply/ procure, fixing, module mounting & support structure made of Hot rolled galvanized steel ( Grade : S390GD(EN 10346)) with min 80 micron thickness zinc coating/galvanization as per relevant IS code .The structure shall be non corrosive and tilted at an angle suitable to obtain peak output power at site from the available solar radiation.The frames consists of channels, purlin ,plares, columns etc including leg assemblies of array structute.Necessary RCC foundation (as applicable) and associated iron work cutting, drilling, welding, jointing, grouting, PCC/ RCC filling, dispoing waste material, etc., complete and fixing mounting arrangement suitable for SPV modules so as it can withstand wind speed of 150 km per hour. The mounting structure is to be installed at RCC Roofs (as existing at site) and the array structure has to be so designed that maximum load is directly on roof beams and columns to avoid any affect on life & strength of structure. It shall also occupy minimum space without sacrificing the output of SPV panels & adequate space between the arrays shall be available for easy cleaning and maintenance. Nuts, bolts, mounting structure including module mounting structure shall have to be adequately protected from the atmosphere and weather prevailing in the area. All the fasteners, nut, bolts shall be of Stainless Steel of grade SS 304 or hot dip galvanized and panel mounting clamps shall be of aluminium and must sustain the adverse climatic conditions. Module mounting structure may require to customize with respect to the site availability and in case, if any water tank is present on the roof, then mounting structure

(j) Ingress Protection : IP 65 or better (k) Remote Monitoring : Wifi/ GPRS/ RS 485 as necessitated by site conditions & directed by GE. Web based monitoring with historical data storage for analysis (l) Display: LED (m) Warranty : 5 years Min (n)The inverter shall adjust voltage and frequency levels to suit the grid. (o) The inverter shall be self commulated with Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) technology and shall be capable of synchronise maximum within one minute or less time. (p) Maximum Power Point Tracker (MPPT) shall be integrated in the inverter/ PCU to maximize energy drawn from the array. Charge controller (if any)/ MPPT units environmental testing should qualify IEC 60068-2 (1,2,14,30)/ Equivalent BIS standard. All the Inverters should contain the following clear and indelible Marking Label Warning Label as per IS16221 Part II, clause 5. The equipment shall, as a minimum, be permanently marked with: (i) The name or trademark of the manufacturer or supplier. (ii) A model number, name, or other means to identify the equipment, (iii) A serial number, code or other marking allowing identification of manufacturing location and the manufacturing batch or date within a twelve-month time. (iv) Input voltage, type of voltage (a.c. or d.c.), frequency, and maximum continuous current for each input. (v) Output voltage, type of voltage (a.c. or d.c.), frequency, maximum continuous current and for a.c. outputs, either the power or power factor for each output. (vi) The Ingress Protection (IP) rating D. DC DISTRIBUTION / ARRAY JUNCTION BOXES Supply and Fixing DC junction boxes of suitable capacity, rating & Nos (as per design approved)/ OEM recommendations having suitably rated inputs and output terminals having separate DC fuses for both (+) & (-) on input and isolator on output terminal for each string. Each junction box must have a spare input terminal. The junction boxes shall be dust and vermin proof and water proof made of FRP/ Thermo Plastic with IP 65 protection or better standard in compliance with IEC 62208 and shall be UV resistant, fire retardant. It shall have surge protection and suitable arrangement for earthing connections as per relevant standard. Make:MNRE/GOI approved.The junction box shall have suitable arrangement of the following :- (a)The strings are required to be connected to the copper bus bar/ switch gear through individual fuses (b) Provide arrangement for disconnection (DC dis-connection switch) for each string/SJB/ SCB. (c) Provide a test point for each sub group for quick fault location and to provide group array isolation (d) Each array box shall be of relevant IEC standard/ IS standard. (e) The incomming and outgoing cables from box, panel shall be properly sealed through proper glands. (f) Each array junction box shall have suitable bypass & reverse blocking diodes for maximum DC blocking voltage of 1000V or system voltage as approved designed with suitable arrangement of its connection. Reverse blocking and bypass diodes shall work for extreme temperatures and shall have efficiency of 99.98% confirmed by appropriate IEC standard.

by the workers during maintenance work Contractor shall also ensure cleaning of Solar PV Modules Periodically as per pre-planned schedule, Checking electrical parameter of the installed power plant, any other job other than above indicated jobs shall be covered under warranty of Solar plant installed and Keeping the area neat and clean free from vegetation’s growth. If during the defect liability period any part/equipment of the solar plant gets damaged or stops functioning, then the same shall be rectified immediately by contractor free of cost ensuring non-stop and smooth functioning of solar plant. (xi) In case non reporting of trade man/ technician on schedule day as decided by GE, a pro-rate (considering 8 hrs of working) recovery shall be double as per the previling govt market rates per day per instance shall be recovered from the performance guarantee/ dues. A proper record of weekly attendances & reports submitted and action taken by trade man/ technician so detailed shall be maintained by the Engr-in-Charge. The rates quoted by the tenderer (s) against item of Sch ‘A’/BOQ shall be deemed to include for above provisions. (xii) Capacity Utilization Factor (CUF) for a solar power plant should be minimum 17% with a degradation at the rate of 0.75% per year (xiii)The Contractor Shall also be responsible for renewal/replacement of parts fittings/fixtures filling of Solar modules, inverter, mounting structure etc during the defect liability period. Maintenance of log sheet and all maintenance record shall be responsibility of contractor and stationary shall be provided by the Contractor. Format of log sheet and maintenance records etc shall be decided by GE/Engr-In-Charge. Solar Panel water servicing, panel Cleaning, Area cleaning surround the plant room etc shall be the responsibility of contractor. (xiv) Testing and commissioning of Solar plant shall be carried out by Rep of Accepting Officer. Necessary arrangement for testing and commissioning shall be made by contractor on his own cost.

Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of grid connected Roof top solar photo voltaic power plant without battery for generation capacity of 200 KWp incl comprising of DCR Solar Photo Voltaic panels / Modules with anti glare coating , Inverters/PCUs, Module mounting structure, Net meter (as applicable) , Generation meter, Array Junction boxes, DC junction/ distribution boxes, AC junction/ distribution boxes, Solar grade DC copper cables, AC cables, Lightning arrestor, surge arrestor, Earthings, civil RCC/ PCC/ earth work, Ladders, including preliminary and pre-operative charges & Comprehensive Maintenance charges for 02 years, other plant accessories complete incl miscellaneous items reqd for satisfactory functioning of roof top solar power plant suitable to be installed at buildings no. (a) SNCO Mess & Complex-50 KWp( Available area -380 sqm), (b) DSC Complex-50KWp(Available area- 370 sqm) (c) Bldg No.332-50 KWp ( Available area -740 sqm) and (d) Fire Section & Security Section-50 KWp ( Available area - 980 sqm). alongwith necessary civil and electrical works required for erection and commissioning of Solar PV plant in accordance with prevaling conditions at AF Stn Vasusena Nagar, Nagpur (Maharashtra) with fixed type structure and comprising of following sub-components/sub-systems which shall meet the specifications as given here-in-after and in tender documents complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:-

B. MODULE MOUNTING STRUCTURE (MMS) at SNCO Mess & Complex, DSC Complex, Bldg No.332 and Fire Section & Security Section Design, supply/ procure, fixing, module mounting & support structure made of Hot rolled galvanized steel ( Grade : S390GD(EN 10346) with min 80 micron thickness zinc coating/galvanization as per relevant IS code .The structure shall be non corrosive and tilted at an angle suitable to obtain peak output power at site from the available solar radiation.The frames consists of channels, purlin ,plares, columns etc including leg assemblies of array structute.Necessary RCC foundation (as applicable) and associated iron work cutting, drilling, welding, jointing, grouting, PCC/ RCC filling, dispoing waste material, etc., complete and fixing mounting arrangement suitable for SPV modules so as it can withstand wind speed of 150 Km per hour or as per IS -875 Part-3(2015) which ever is more. The mounting structure is to be installed at RCC Roofs (as existing at site) and the array structure has to be so designed that maximum load is directly on roof beams and columns to avoid any affect on life & strength of structure. It shall also occupy minimum space without sacrificing the output of SPV panels & adequate space between the arrays shall be available for easy cleaning and maintenance. Nuts, bolts, mounting structure including module mounting structure shall have to be adequately protected from the atmosphere and weather prevailing in the area. All the fasteners, nut, bolts shall be of Stainless Steel of grade SS 304 or hot dip galvanized and panel mounting clamps shall be of aluminium and must sustain the adverse climatic conditions. Module mounting structure may require to customize

(h) Protection : The inverter should have provisions of Galvanic isolation, anti-islanding protection (IEEE 1547/UL 1741) equivant IS, DC Reverse Polarity protection, Output overcurrent & output over voltage protection, ground fault monitoring, grid monitoring, AC and DC short circuit current and over current, AC and DC over voltage and over temperature protection., AC & DC Surge protection, prevent lightning damage etc (j) Ingress Protection : IP 65 or better (k)Remote Monitoring : Wifi/ GPRS/ RS 485 as necessitated by site conditions & directed by GE. Web based monitoring with historical data storage for analysis (l) Display: LED (m) Warranty : 5 years Min (n) The inverter shall adjust voltage and frequency levels to suit the grid. Each junction box must have a spare input terminal. The junction boxes shall be dust and vermin proof and water proof made of FRP/ Thermo Plastic with IP 65 protection or better standard in compliance with IEC 62208 and shall be UV resistant, fire retardant. (e)The incomming and outgoing cables from box, panel shall be properly sealed through proper glands. (f) Each array junction box shall have suitable bypass & reverse blocking diodes for maximum DC blocking voltage of 1000V or system voltage as approved designed with suitable arrangement of its connection. Reverse blocking and bypass diodes shall work for extreme temperatures and shall have efficiency of 99.98% confirmed by appropriate IEC standard. E. AC DB PANEL at SNCOs Mess & Complex, DSC Complex, Bldg No.332 and Fire section & Security section- 04 Nos”. AC Disconnect switch (MCCBs) shall be of matching capacity as per inverter rating . Make:- Schneider/Siemens/ABB/L&T/Havells or equivalent as approved by GE for each location. ACDB Panel of suitable rating (Inverter AC capacity) shall be provided for interconnection of Solar Power Plant with proposed LT Panels near existing transformer and further connected to grid. Each ACDB shall be made of CRCA sheet of appropriate 2 mm thick duly Powder Coated as per colour approved by the GE . It shall be dust, water & vermin proof arrangement with IP 56 protection . Make:-Schneider/Siemens/ABB/L&T/Havells or equivalent as approved by GE. Each ACDB shall comprise of following: (i) 3 Phase 4 wire Aluminum Bus Bars shall be the 1.5 times of the incoming MCCB rating (ii) Intelligent Panel meter to measure voltage, current, frequency, power factor etc with all connected CTs of each breakers (iii) 4 P MCCB 415 V,36 kA (ICS=ICU=ICW for 1 Sec) of suitable rating matching with inverter AC output, with adjustable thermal and magnetic release type for overload protection and short circuit protection 02 Nos as incomer and outgoing (iv) LED Indicating Lamps for each phase with colour code Red Yellow Blue for R, Y and B Phases for each breakers Note : Each ACDB shall be made of CRCA sheet of appropriate thickness duly Powder Coated as per colour approved by the GE. dust, water & vermin proof arrangement with IP 56 protection with transparent covers. Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of grid connected Roof top solar photo voltaic power plant without battery for generation capacity of 100 KWp including comprising of DCR Solar Photo Voltaic panels / Modules with anti glare coating , Inverters/PCUs, Module mounting structure, Net meter (as applicable) , Generation meter, Array Junction boxes, DC junction/ distribution boxes, AC junction/ distribution boxes, Solar grade DC copper cables, AC cables, Lightning arrestor, surge arrestor, Earthings, civil RCC/ PCC/ earth work, Ladders, including preliminary and pre-operative charges & Comprehensive Maintenance charges for 02 years, other plant accessories complete including miscellaneous items required for satisfactory functioning of roof top solar power plant suitable to be installed at buildings no. P-264- 100KWp ( Available area 1500 sqm) alongwith necessary civil and electrical works required for erection and commissioning of Solar PV plant in accordance with prevailing conditions at Manauri AF Stn Prayagraj (UP) with fixed type structure and comprising of following sub-components/sub-systems which shall meet the specifications as given here-in-after and in tender documents complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:-

shall be deemed to inclusive of all civil works for mounting structure and its foundation including roof treatement after grouting and civil works to prevent seepage and damage to roof structure. Contractor to submitt structural design and drawings duly vetted by professor of IIT/NIT or by govt institute authorized by MNRE or NISE.Structural material shall be corrosion resistant and electrolytically compatible with the materials used in the module frame, its fasteners, nuts, and bolts . Adequate spacing shall be provided between two panel frames and rows of panels to facilitate personnel protection, ease of installation, replacement, cleaning of panels and electrical maintenance. Note: (i) The contractor shall submit structural design on Stad-Pro based or equivalent software on wind load 150 Km per hour or as per IS -875 Part-3(2015) which ever is more live load and dead load of structure with solar panel & seismic zone,wind speed zone of Prayagra (UP). Any deflection to the mounting structure shall be as per IS 800:2007. Structural design of the mounting structure should be carried out by a consultant/ company approved by the GE. The height of Roof top MMS shall be as per latest MNRE & IREDA guidelines for ease in maintenance. (ii) The structure shall be designed to withstand operating environmental conditions for a period of minimum 25 years. (iii) Any damage done to water proofing/ Roof structure during installation shall be made good by the contractor at no extra cost. Water Leak Protection has to be ensured with Pure Epoxy Resin based chemical anchoring system, wherever damage to structure occurs. (iv) MMS steel shall be as per latest IS 2062: 2011 and galavnization of mounting structure shall be in compliance of IS 4759. (v) The PV array structure design shall be appropriate with a factor of safety 1.5 min or higher factor of safety. (vi) Two numbers of anti theft fastners of Stainless Steel on two diagonally opposite corners of each module shall be provided. C.POWER CONDITIONING UNIT(PCU)/SOLAR GRID TIED STRING INVERTER Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning 3 phase PCU/ string inverters - of matching capacity with total SPV wattage of appropriate capacity as per site/ design approved of suitable capacity as given 100KW AC (nominal power), suitable to convert DC power of installed Solar PV module/ array in to AC power output for planned building mentioned under Para(1), for further feeding to grid ,if required, confirming to IEC:61683/ IS 61683, IS 16221 (Part 2), IS 16169 and IEC 60068-2 (1,2,14 & 30)/IEC : 62093 (as applicable)/ equivalent BIS standard for efficiency, for safety and for reliability. The inverters shall consist of data loggers for monitoring of solar power generation and solar meters of suitable specification to be installed for complete/ utilization of solar power generated on grid with in the desired location only.The inverter should have MODBUS, PROFIBUS,

(l) Display: LED (m) Warranty : 5 years Min (n) The inverter shall adjust voltage and frequency levels to suit the grid. (o) The inverter shall be self commulated with Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) technology and shall be capable of synchronise maximum within one minute or less time. (p) Maximum Power Point Tracker (MPPT) shall be integrated in the inverter/ PCU to maximize energy drawn from the array. Charge controller (if any)/ MPPT units environmental testing should qualify IEC 60068-2 (1,2,14,30)/ Equivalent BIS standard. DC DISTRIBUTION / ARRAY JUNCTION BOXES Supply and Fixing DC junction boxes of suitable capacity, rating & Nos (as per design approved)/ OEM recommendations having suitably rated inputs and output terminals having separate DC fuses for both (+) & (-) on input and isolator on output terminal for each string. Each junction box must have a spare input terminal. The junction boxes shall be dust and vermin proof and water proof made of FRP/ Thermo Plastic with IP 65 protection or better standard in compliance with IEC 62208 and shall be UV resistant, fire retardant. It shall have surge protection and suitable arrangement for earthing connections as per relevant standard. (f) Each array junction box shall have suitable bypass & reverse blocking diodes for maximum DC blocking voltage of 1000V or system voltage as approved designed with suitable arrangement of its connection. Reverse blocking and bypass diodes shall work for extreme temperatures and shall have efficiency of 99.98% confirmed by appropriate IEC standard. E. AC DB PANEL. AC Disconnect switch (MCCBs) shall be of matching capacity as per inverter rating . Make:- Schneider/Siemens/ABB/L&T/Havells or equivalent as approved by GE for each location. ACDB Panel of suitable rating (Inverter AC capacity) shall be provided for interconnection of Solar Power Plant with proposed LT Panels near existing transformer and further connected to grid. Each ACDB shall be made of CRCA sheet of appropriate 2 mm thick duly Powder Coated as per colour approved by the GE . It shall be dust, water & vermin proof arrangement with IP 56 protection .Make:-Schneider/Siemens/ABB/L&T/Havells or equivalent as approved by GE. Each ACDB shall comprise of following: (i) 3 Phase 4 wire Aluminum Bus Bars shall be the 1.5 times of the incoming MCCB rating (ii) Intelligent Panel meter to measure voltage, current, frequency, power factor etc with all connected CTs of each breakers (iii) 4 P MCCB 415 V,36 kA (ICS=ICU=ICW for 1 Sec) of suitable rating matching with inverter AC output, with adjustable thermal and magnetic release type for overload protection and short circuit protection 02 Nos as incomer and outgoing (iv) LED Indicating Lamps for each phase with colour code Red Yellow Blue for R, Y and B Phases for each breakers. Note : Each ACDB shall be made of CRCA sheet of appropriate thickness duly Powder Coated as per colour approved by the GE. dust, water & vermin proof arrangement with IP 56 protection with transparent covers.Make:- Havells or equivalent as approved by GE.

(v) The contractor must visit the site before quoting the rates to assess the site conditions so as to decide up on location and layout of SPV, placement of inverter as per buildings, length of DC cables, AC cables, lightning arresters, earthing, mounting structure etc,complete. (vi)The contractor shall submit complete scheme including electrical diagram of the work, schematic diagram, SPV module layout, location/ placement of LAs, Civil work, etc., complete as per MNRE/ IREDA latest guidelines as applicable, relevant IEC/IS norms to the GE for approval within one month of date of commencement of the work for approval (vii) The dimensioned drawing of the site of work clearly marked with all sub systems components etc shall be submitted to GE for approval. which shall be self contained and self explanatory representation of layout of equipment and subsystems. (viii)Schematic diagram of the electrical system. This shall contain specification, size, current, voltage and fault levels rating of all cables,switch gears and instrumentation & control systems and all metering and interlocking etc. All the documents/technical details mentioned above duly vetted as specified above shall be approved by GE. GE may approve the documents as submitted by the Contractor or may suggest modification/alteration in documents/technical specifications duly supported with reasons for the same. The work shall be executed based on the approved documents. (ix) The above items shall be quoted and executed on ground based on performace Guarantee basis. The performance Guarantee is related to achieving the 100 KW generation on AC side within specified efficiency and efficacies. The contractor shall also be responsible for desired operational efficacy and desired efficiency of the system during its life cycle of minimum 25 yrs.
