M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for structural steel work using mild steel rolled section confirming to Fe 410 - W Gde-E-250 quality A, as in main and cross beam, hip and jack rafters, purlins, where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or other connected plates, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primeron new steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.5 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with subclass 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore using broken stones or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spred and levelled in layer not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on other than fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid WPC @ 200ml/ 50kg cement/ or as per manufacturer's instructions (which ever is more) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid seperatly under respective item here-in-under as supply only.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint on new plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coat white washing on new plastered surface of walls including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr depth for foundation etc or for column footings, manholes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) at a distence exc. 250m but n exc. 500m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm gradedstone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, soft/ loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc.25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&Lfor Formwork to flat sides of concrete foundations, footing , bases of columns, raft and raft beams , sides and soffits if any of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforcemtn cement concrete (RCC) design mix, M-25 grade (using 20mm grades stone agregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars of grade Fe-550,10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including craking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 23 above but TMT bars, 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia in stirrups and spacers.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC mixed with cement mortar under item No. 14 here-in-before shall only be measured and paid.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 38 mm wide Glass dividing strips, 3 mm thick, inserted in position, conform to design in concrete floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. M&L for 0.80 mm thick Mild steel plain, black sheet, in hearths, covering to door shutters covering, covering to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods; water tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc, and similar work, cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/ riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as requiredcut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping and in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm bore Galvanized steel water tubes, medium grade, ISI marked with all fittings laid in trenches or roof/wall complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item here-in bfore.

All as per item No.34 above but 20mm bore tubing.

M&L for 50mm bore GI tubing, light grade as in in protection of cable at road crossing /hard standing/pole, fixed with clam as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring holes horizontally under road (without damaging the road surface of any discription) suitable for 50mm dia pipe, using necessary T&P (minimum 1.0 mtr below the road surface) and laid GI pipe in position complete all as specified and as directed. Note: GI Pipe laid will be measured and paid separately under respective item here-in-before.

M&L for Earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level), with top edge of earth plate shall not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, connected to GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc, including necessary earth work( excavation, removing and RFR of soil), 15mm bore light grade GI pipe for protection of earth lead wire, 20mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe with provison of funnel with wiremesh, PCC eartpit chember with RCC cover, connected to earthing test point including testing on completion complete all as specified and shown in Electrical Plate No.3 of SSR Part I and as directed. Note: Earth resistence test shall be carried out and record threoff shall be kept by Engineer -in-charge. The contractor shall facilitate for such test and no extra clain on this account shall be admisible.

Supply and errection of steel tubular pole swaged type 410-SP 31(9.0m long pole) as per IS:2713 (part I to III) 1980 complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap, mild steel bolt, nuts and screws complete including necessary earth work( excavation, removing and RFR of soil), PCC in foundation and plinth block/collor, pole painting, writing pole letters or figures complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Excavationfor pole foundation shall be 1.57m deep and 900mm x 600mm in Plan. (b) PCC in foundation shall be nominal mix in praportion1:4:8 type D-2 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) and up to GL. (ii) PCC for plinth block/collar shall be 500mm high and 450 mm dia above GL (around the pole) and nominal mix in praportion 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate). (iii) Pole to be painted externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth before embedding pole in PCC) and with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer above plinth block /concrete collar after preparation of surface and providing 3 Nos 30cm wide bend with diffrent colour SE paint at an intervell of 30cm (starting from top of plinth block in alternate layer upto 1.5m height) .

Contd/... (iv) Letter or figures (Block Roman, Italic as Indian) shall be 5 cm in height(min) and writen with thick synthetic enamel paint of approved shade complete all as specified and directed. (f) Manufacture's test certificate for pole shall be produced before execution work.

S&F LED street light luminaires 60 watt with pressure die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughned glass, IP66 protection complete including 1.2 mtr long bend to shape GI pipe of desired size for fixing of security light & service connection cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosure (DB) VTPN type for MCCB, double door 415 Volt with 200 amp rated bus bar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concealed point wiring for One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps with 1.5 Sq mm single core multistranded, 1100 Volts copper conductor cable, FRLSH type, PVC insulated unsheathed, drawn through and including rigid 20mm dia high grade ISI marked PVC conduit and it's accessories, PVC shunken boxes of suitable size, earth continuity conductor of same size and specification cable and connecting to the common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) cutting cheses required shall be measured and paid seperatly.
