1.Repairs to Sendurai PUE School in Sendurai Panchayat Dismantling , Clearing away the existing damaged Pressed tile roof finish in cement mortar including all Labour charges etc complete.

Finishing the top of roof

Dismantling and clean removal of cement plaster from wall and racking out joints 200mm deep including all Labour charges etc complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Kota stone slabs of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm with machine cut edges and matching marble slab not less than 100mm width other than Adanga Marbles as border laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.Sand) fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Chipping of concrete and roughening the surface including all Labour charges etc.complete.

White washing two coats using shell lime including cost and conveyance of including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Towards Drawing Bala painting including aal cost and Conveyance of Material Etc. (the Colour and Quality should be get approved by the Executive Engineer Before Use) the rate include cost of Brushes ,High Scaffolding Charges , Neat Finishing , cost of Brushes etc, Complete Complying with Standard Specification and as Directed by the Departmental officer

Painting two coats with Emulsion Paint over the one coat of Priming coat , preparing the surface, curing, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats over Old /new iron works using ready mixed enamel paint including cost and all labour charges etc complete.

Supply and fixing pipe of 110mm dia with inlcuding cost and conveyance

(The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)
