Pin, necessary clamps, F-brackets, Nut - Bolts, Washers & all Civil Materials etc.)

(Contractor shall provide 3 No G.I. Pin, clamps, disc fitting, Nut - Bolts & all Civil Materials etc.)

Erection of single stud pole support one PCC Pole 8.5 Mtr long with fixing of necessary clamps and other accessories required for erection. (Contractor shall provide clamps, Nut - Bolts, Washers etc)

Safe Dragging/ Loading - unloading from dump site to pit site and Fabrication & erection of Sectional Single Pole for 11 KV Line on 11.0 Mtr ST Pole with fitting of necessary clamp & other acessories like T-off Channal. (Contractor shall provide 3 nos. 11 KV G.I. Pin, Disc Fitting, necessary clamps, F-brackets, Nut - Bolts, Washers & all Civil Materials etc.)

Erection of single stud pole support one S.T. Pole 11.0 Mtr long with fixing of necessary clamps and other accessories required for erection. (Contractor shall provide necessary clamps, Nut - Bolts, Washers etc)

line Crossing , Guarding along with 11KV line crossing line crossing by fixing M.S. Angle at double pole and 2600mm long at single pole by stringing and sagging of 3 No. G.I.wire, tightining with mounting, (All the material will be supplied by the contractor except supporting M.S. Angle & G.I. wire)

Earthing of Pole STP/PCC by 6 SWG Wire by providing and fixing of earthing as per norms complete in all respect. (Contractor shall provide all the material Like Earthing rod 6 swg wire)

Grouting of following structure by digging of pit 1.5 Mtr/1.83 Mtr deep for 8.5 Mtr PCC / 11 Mtr STP respectively, placing stone pad at bottom, groutung with 1:4:8 Ratio cement, sand & first class brickballast 0.268/0.285 cu mtr for 8.5 mtr PCC Pole & 11 mtr STP, plinthing 0.3 Mtr above G/L and proper plastering.

Painting of 11 Mtr STP with one coat of ready mixed primer and 2 coats of AL.Paint of good quality including cost of material, Labour and T&P complete in all respect.

Lopping/Chopping of tree branches (Tree cutting) coming in route for proper clearence of 11KV line from beginning to tale-end.

Fabrication and errection of cros arm Supporting Angle 50X50mm size sutable for angle cros arm(all the material arrenged by the contrector like angle, clamp, bolt and nuts)

Laying of 11 KV XLPE cable 3X185 sq.mm (Single circuit ). XLPE cable as per ISS 1255/1983 of amendment there of by trench iess Technology method by Deep Drilling System. The jop includes the cost of excavation of Earth, laying of cable inside it. The work is to be carried out as per Govt. approved Drg..

High Pressure testing with D.C. Test Voltage to which cable shall able to be stand for duration of 5 minutes after completion of laying, joints & termination up to 30 kv ( Testing equipment will be arranged by the contractor)

Laing Stringing , Sagging , binding and jumpering of ACSR weasal Conductor . 3 Phase of 11 KV Line including fixing, mounting of P.G. clamp suitable for weasal Conductor at sectional point. ( Al the requred material arrenged by the contrector except conductor)

Hosting of 11 KV Cable on existing/erected support with provision of MS Pipe 150 mm dia 3 mtr long suitable for 3x185 sq mm cable fixing of 2 No. Ms Angle support, 9 no. p.g. Clamp and 3 no. long barral alu. lug and its clamping, and 02 nos. supporting angle 65X65X6, 2500 mm long, jumpering properly as per RESSPO Norms. (All material will be supplied by the contractor like p.g. clamp, lug,supporting Angle 65X65X6,2500 mm. N&B etc).

Installation of Heat Shrinkable Type cable jointing kits O/D end Termination and S/T Joint suitable for 11 KV XLPE cable confirming to IS ESI-09-13-IS-13573 of 1992 amendment I&II VDE-0278 of latest version there of if any.

Erection of Stay set at sectiional Pole and angle locatiion and its grouting. (All material will be supplied by the contractor except stay wire, Stay Set).
