Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of classdesignation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level inall shapes and sizes in :

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready made) of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacturer's specification. One or more coats on old work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying cement based putty (Birla, Jk or equivalent) to the required finish complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick phenol bounded factory manufactured solid flush door shutter ISI marked with both side commercial face in the existing chowkhat. The rate includes the cost of iron hinges, all necessary aluminium fitting and painting two coats over one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 4mm thick plain glass panes with beading when required over existing chowkhat or glazed shutter including the cost of nails, putty etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

P/F 110mm internal dia PVC pipe as rain water pipe on walls of 6 kg. pressure with Bend, Elbow and Clamps complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) wire guage window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with wire mesh 22 x 12 mm gauge fixed with 1/2"x3/4" golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) beading. The rate further includes the cost of 3" hinges, Aluminium tower bolts 4", Aluminium handles 1 nos., I-hook and two coats of special quality enamel paint over coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) glazed window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with 4mm thick floated glass pane fixed with 1/2"x3/4" golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) beading. The rate further includes the cost of 3" butt hinges, 4" tower bolts aluminium(ISI marked) 2 nos, 4" handles aluminium (ISI marked) 2 nos. I-hook aluminium (ISI marked)and two coats of special quality enamel paint over coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of ceramic tiles or vitrified and plaster tomaking the surface clean for refixing the glazed tiles including removing of malbacomplete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x 600 mm single charge (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade. The tiles are to be fixed with 3mm grove using spacers. The tiles are to be laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm The grove are to be filled with cementitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material. Single charge vitrified tile of size 600x600 mm

Providing and laying water proofing coating having three coats of water proofing chemical with 1 coat as primer and 2 subsequent coats. The water proofing chemical shall have properties as water absorption 1% minimum, pot life at 30º C : 30 min, application temperature 10º C, bond strength to concrete : approx 1 N/mm2. (Fosroc Hydroproof xtra or equivalent) . The primer coat shall be provided in ratio 1 part of Hydroproof Xtra :2 parts of water : 4 parts of cement mixed material with the above proportion will cover an area of 16-17sqm for 1 L of Hydroproof XTRA . The two top coats shall laid in ratio 1:2 i.e. 1 part of chemical and 2 parts of neat cement after laying of 800 micron fibre mesh. The thickness of each coat shall be about 1 to 2 mm. The 2nd coat shall be applied after 5-6 hours of 1st coat. The full curing shall be done after 12 hours with must curing after 6 hours. The coverage of top coats shall be 4.5-5.0 sqm /litre/ coat. The work shall be undertaken as per manufacturer specifications, complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and Fixing 35mm thick golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) wire gauge door shutter consisting of 100mm x 35 mm style and top rail 150 mm x 35 mm lock rail 200mm x 35 mm bottom rail wire mesh 22 x 12 mm gauge fixed with 1/2” x 3/4” golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) beading, with two vertical members in each panel to hold wire mesh, with necessary 4 Nos. of hinges 4", 2 Aluminium Tower bolts 8", 2 Aluminium Handles 5” and Aluminium door stopper and single acting door spring and complete fixed in position including two coats of paint and one coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing golden champ wood chowkhat (kiln seasoned) 4 1/2" x 2 1/4"including cost of corner straps, iron hold fasts, hinges, screws,nails, fevicol etc. and painting two coats of wood preserver to sides of chowkhats. Rate includes the cost of dismantling of all damaged chowkhats and making good the damage to walls plaster and floors as required including, refixing of grills, disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground the rate further includes the cost of painting two coats synthetic enamel paint over one coat of wood primer complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing cupboard shelves consisting of 19mm thick commercial board (ISI marked) with hard wood batten and gutties including cost of nail, screws, fevicol etc and two coat of special quality paint over one coat of wooden primer after preparation of plywood surface complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing cupboard shutter consisting of 19mm thick commercial board with lipping all around and fixed with chowkhat frame with piano hinges and screws etc. and provide with Alum handle (with base plate) and magnetic magnetic catcher. The board surface is to be painted with two coats of special quality synthetic enamel paint after primer coat and perparation of surface complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ eoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium sna pbeading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing aluminium tubular handle bar 32 mm outer dia, 3.0 mm thick & 2100 mm long with SS screws etc .complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Anodized (AC 15 ) aluminium tubular handle bar

Providing and fixing 150 mm bright finished floor brass door stopper with rubber cushion, necessary brass screws etc. to suit shutter thickness complete

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 250x10 mm

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
