Dismantling bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons etc, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish from premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing mortar from and cleaning bricks, stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work (Except Bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. (Bricks obtained from demolition/dismantling shall be reused under this item)

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks in brick on edge walls (less than 1/2 brick thick), built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6, surface finished fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cills, coping, benching on chajjas, roof kerbs, bed blocks and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including necessary Formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in manhole/drain cover slabs, landing slabs, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, set in CM 1:4, with and including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and incl MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 300 mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and directed.

a) Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girths in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms, moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc, complete all as specified and directed.

b) Add to or deduct therefrom for each additional 25 mm girth or part thereof.

Desilting of storm water drain by cleaing of settled deposited soil/silt/mud etc averaging 15 cm but not exceeding 30 cm deep from the bed of drains including cleaning of shrubs, vegetation grass etc whatsoever in the drain including getting out and removing of excavated materials and depositing the same to a distance not exceeding 50 m, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 21 above but add or deduct for every 3 cm or part thereof above or below 15 cm average depth, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 Cm deep in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundation, filling, mass concreting etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or stone masonry surface in cement mortar 1:6, surface finished fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L dry clean Sand filling under floors including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Depth of sand shall be measured after punning.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size made with grey cement and no pigment, confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep for foundation etc or for shafts, column footings or for laying cables etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) not exc 50 m distance and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, fixing and commissioning split type air conditioner with cooling function EER 3.2 of capacity 1.5 TR, five star rated with cordless remote control unit and in built air ioniser, plasma filter for better indoor air quality, suitable for wall mounted, single phase, 220-240 volt AC, with copper wound automatic voltage stablizer ranging from 170-260V, 50 Hz AC supply complete including making necessary hole in wall for fixing indoor and outdoor unit and making good the disturbed surfaces with cement mortar to match with existing finishes after commissioning, making necessary connections, providing unplasticised PVC pipes medium duty 25 mm dia for draining out condensed water all as required, including necessary connection, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Quoted rates shall be deemed to include cost of drain pipe, copper tubing and 4 sqmm multi standard copper cable (all 3 mtr length), pair of backet for outdoor unit and making hole in brick wall etc. (ii) Installation and commissioning shall be done through OEM / its authorised service centre / agency only.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of water cooler of full stainless steel (FSS) with environmental friendly refrigerant gas, electric driven, single phase, 220-240 volts AC, having nominal cooling capacity 40 litre and storage capacity of 80 litres including provision of PVC braided connection heavy duty 750mm long with brass nuts on both ends suitable for 15mm bore GI pipe water connection and necessary drain out water PVC pipe of suitable dia and length as required at site, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Quoted rates shall be deemed to includ cost of PVC connection, drain out water PVC pipe and making hole in brick wall if required and repairingd the disturbed surfaces with existing finishes.etc. (ii) Installation and commissioning shall be done through OEM/ its authorised service centre / agency only.

(a) One light/fan/exhaust fan point/bell point controlled by 1 No. one way 5/6 Amp switch.

(b) One 3 pin /5 pin socket outlet 5 Amp controlled by 1 No. one way 5/6 Amp switch on independent board.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED tube lights fitting 1x 22 W, 220V, including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose including disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable lifght fitting, complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

S & F sub main wiring using approved colour coding (Phase-red, Neutral-black, Earth-green) complete with two single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable 4 sqmm as current carrying conductor and one run of 4 sqmm as neutral cable, voltage rating 1100 volt, ISI marked drawn in and including medium grade concealed PVC conduit ISI marked of dia not less than 25 mm and thickness 2 mm with standard accessories along with one run of FRLS PVC green colour insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of size 4 sqmm as earth cable,complete all as specified and directed including taking down old one. Note: Two run of single core FRLS PVC cable with one run of earth contunity conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body, AC single Phase, 1400 RPM, 230V of size 300m sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers including cutting walls any type, making holes for exhaust fan and making good disturbed surfaces with cement mortar and finshing to match with the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 50 mm dia GI tubing, light grade, with all fittings and laid in trenches/under roads, drains etc, or fixed to poles/walls with FI clamps, nut, bolts etc and making good disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified.

Supply and fix 450 mm sweep pedestal fan, 230 volts AC, single phase, with oscillating mechanism, heavy duty, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sewage pump of capacity 2 HP, single phase, anti rust CED coating with float for automatic operation of head range 5-21 m, single stage, complete all as specified and directed.
