Charges for removal of mill journal doors including lead, lift and transporting of materials fromstores and devolution of scraps from site to stores and cost of consumables such as welding electrodes, gas, cotton waste etc., (50 % of the value taken for dismantling)

Charges for removal of journal with trunnion assembly in the mills including lead, lift and transporting of materials from mill repair bay to mill floor and back, devolution of scrap to stores and cost of consumables such as welding rod, cutting gas, cotton waste etc. (50 % of the value taken for dismantling)

Charges for dismantling the Spool pieces, multiple port outlet bodies and transition pipes 4 Nos. each after assembling the coal pipe inspection with center feed pipe structures. (50 % of the value taken for dismantling)

Charges for removal of orifice 1 No. after dismantling the victaulic coupling.(50 % of the value taken for dismantling)

Draining of Mill gearbox oil completely, cleaning the gearbox internals like worm shafts and worms wheel. After inspection filling the gearbox with new/old oil including devolution of old oil to stores etc, (Department vehicle will be provided for drawl of oil at free of cost). (50 % of the value taken for dismantling)

Charges for providing wedges between lower skirt and Mill insulation cover plate firmly, removal of gearbox bottom cover flange bolts, lowering the thrust bearing and pump housing after supporting lower radial bearing housing. Lowering the thrust bearings and reassembling of all the above parts (50 % of the value taken for dismantling)

Charges for lifting the vertical shaft along with worm gear and worm wheel from top of the gear box and place it in stand. Dismantling the worm wheel hub lock nut and removal of worm wheel from the worm hub by steam/induction heating. Inspection of upper redial bearing and renewal if necessary. (50 % of the value taken for dismantling)

Charges for dismantling and removing worn out thrust bearing of Mill vertical shaft by gas heating the racer, cleaning the bearing seating area in the vertical shaft. (50 % of the value taken for dismantling)

Charges for Removing the thrust bearing adopter (worn out) and assembling the new adopter by heating (50 % of the value taken for dismantling)

Charges for removal of seperator body along with classifier assembly. Inner cone mill outlet plate and venturi dismantling the air inlet housing after segregating from hot air duct placing in appropriate place. Dismantling the bowl with bowl hub and separating the bowl hub from bowl and in filling the same. (50 % of the value taken for dismantling)

Charges for Dismantling of upper skirt assembly, lower skirt assembly, Mechanical face seal assembly, dust guard and blue matching of seal runner, renewal of seal( bronze), air seal, dismantling of Mill bottom cover, upper bearing housing cover, oil seals etc.,(50 % of the value taken for dismantling)

Charges for dismantling the triangular liners, cutting the bulged Mill bottom plate, applying refractory cement at the Mill bottom plate 1 set by providing bolts and welding.(50 % of the value taken for dismantling)

Charges for dismantling the radial bearing after removing the oil pump hub and oil pump bushing.(50 % of the value taken for dismantling)

Charges for changing worn out scraper pin, bush, pin cover, re conditioning of scrapper, cleaning of under bowl, checking of clearance, inspection and welding of wheels support lugs, wall side liners etc in mill under bowl. (50 % of the value taken for dismantling)

Charges for dismantling the gear coupling bolts, gear coupling (worm shaft only), distance piece, unscrewing the worm shaft extension cover bolts and bearing housing cover bolts, removing the worm shaft extension cover, lowering to ground floor, releasing the worm shaft assembly from its position and assemblies providing back the overhauled worm shaft assembly in the gear box and fitting back the worm shaft extension cover, bolting and tightening the bolts to the required torque level and assembling back the gear coupling bolts, distance piece etc(50 % of the value taken for dismantling).

Charges for dismantling the worn out rubber element in the mill motor coupling, cleaning inspection and replacement of new rubber element and checking the tightness of coupling including cost of consumables etc., (50 % of the value taken for dismantling)

Dismantling the mill top, cutting the centre feed pipe to the required length so as to lift eroded inner cone and brought it to 4.5 Mt. level as per the direction of Engineer in charge. (50 % of the value taken for dismantling)

Charges for dismantling the worm shaft covers for releasing the worm shaft and refixing. This includes lead lift and fabrication of fixture and consumables.(50 % of the value taken for dismantling)

Charges for transporting the worm shaft to work shop and renewal of radial & thrust bearing checking the clearance and changing of worn out spares. This includes lead, lift transportation and consumables such as cutting gas, diesel, cotton waste etc., (50 % of the value taken for dismantling)
