   Railway reserves the right to procure full/bulk quantity of the tendered item from CLW approved sources for tendered item (CLW UVAM ID 2100653) or their authorized dealers/agents only. Authorized dealer / agent must upload the tender specific authorization along with their offer, failing which their offer will be summarily rejected without back reference. The OEM/Authorized Dealers/Agents must comply with the following conditions failing which their offers are liable to be rejected without further reference: (a) In a tender, either the authorized dealer/agent on behalf of the Principal/OEM or the Principal/OEM itself can bid, but both cannot bid simultaneously in the same tender for the same item. (b) If an authorized dealer/agent submits bid on behalf of the Principal/OEM, the same dealer/agent shall not submit a bid on behalf of another Principal/OEM in the same tender for the same item.
