The Groove angle should be painted with two coats of anticorrosive Black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer. Fabrication supplying and erection of Screw Gearing Steel Shutters of Size above 2.75m x 3.50m consist of Skin plate made out of 12mm thick Mild Steel plate on one side and horizontally stiffened with ISMC 150 x 75mm steel channel at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.60m center to center provided with 12mm thick Mild Steel gusset plate of required size on both sides on top of the shutter fastened with rust free bolts and nuts and support channel for rubber beadings made out of ISMC 100 x 50 x 5 mm on both sides etc .
