Supply, Laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC beded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 4 core 16 Sqmm including taking down old unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spreding thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Laying old size fly-ash bricks, laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply laying GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade for protection of UG cable including taking down old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair Vertical Three pole & neutral (VTPN) DB with sheet metal enclouser 415 volts, 4 way with rated bus bar Double door IP 54 IK 09 incl incomming MCCB of Capacity 100 Amps 25 KA 4 pole 415 Volt complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair MCB Single Pole of capacity 6-32 Amp, C-Curve, 240 volts, 10KA, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair Off-load Change over switch of capacity 100 Amps, 415 Volts, 4 Pole, fixing in wall type and making the good distrubed surface complete with all accessories, including taking down of old Unsv change over switch and reconnecting the cables with proper lugs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Off-load Change over switch of capacity 125 Amps, 415 Volts, 4 Pole, fixing, in wall type and making the good distrubed surface complete with all accessories, including taking down of old Unsv change over switch and reconnecting the cables with proper lugs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of FRP looping box of size 155x210x95 mm (HWD) with fuse/6 amps MCB provision and suitable connector for single phase connections loop in and out 10 to 16 sqmm 2 core aluminium armoured cable branch out 1.5 sqmm single core copper pvc insulated cable enclosed in thermoplastic/polycarbonate enclosure which should be shock proof safe IP 66/67 thermoplastic metric size glands, GI clamps made out of GI flat of size 25mmX 3mm channel including making connections, including takng down of old FRP box, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fix in repairs MCCB Metal enclosures, MCCB FP 100 Amps 415 Volts 25KA fixing in Metal enclosure, in wall mounted type complete with all accessories, including taking down of old Unsv main switch and reconnecting the cables with proper lugs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fix in repairs MCCB Metal enclosures, MCCB FP 63 Amps 415 Volts 16KA fixing in Metal enclosure, in wall mounted type complete with all accessories, including taking down of old Unsv main switch and reconnecting the cables with proper lugs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair Copper Busbar chamber 200A Triple pole neutral with colour coding 4 way, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair Copper Busbar chamber 250A Triple pole neutral with colour coding 4way, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5cum in soft/loose soil and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 meters and making good surface, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings nexc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for hardcore of guage not exc. 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface of broken stone or boulders, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F MS steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washers etc., complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1161- 1979 graded St 240, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated or semi-corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or J hooks, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 15 cm and n exc 22.5 cm long, diameter of neck in 11 to 15mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel or iron surface of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, primer over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F rolled mild steel work in plates (plain or chequered) channels,square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment grade Fe-410-w (Gde-E-250) quality-A, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to galvanized earth wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel , procteded by GI pipe 15 mm bore( light grade) and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe (light grade) and chamber of pcc 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and coping shall be in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone agg. 50 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg. reinforced with 8 mm dia MS tor bar @ 80 mm c/c both ways including excvation and earth work and removal of surplus soil complete all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR PT 1, 1991 with charcoal dust and salt complete and earth lead connected to earthing test point (up to main switches, DBs) including taking down old unserviceable one, complete all as specified & testing on completion. NOTE:- (i) item includes the cost of 7.5 mtr length GI pipe for protection for GI earth wire. (ii) item rates includes the cost of 7.5 mtr earth lead GI earth wire.

M&L for earthing complete including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-1 connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanised iron 40 mm dia. light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm ore medium grade PCC pipt with pre cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt funnel etc. including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : (i)The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 tye C-1, 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm TMT bars @10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in liew of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No.5 of MES SSR Part-1 (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 m GI pipe for protectio of earth strip. (iii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 mtr length earth strip.

T/D UG cable from FPB, cutting worn out portion of LT cables of any type and size, carry out repairs and rejoining after dressing and re-alignment incl saddles etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Cable protection Pipe will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of lugs/ sockets and cutting and removing and allied works (iii) Shut down program shall be taken in advance & record shall be kept. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
