Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified.

S&F sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No 5 here-in-before but using old bricks obtained under srl item No 1 here in before.

Supply, laying jointing , testing and connecting in replacement of LT XLPE PVC insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, IS 7098 marked, suitable for LT 1100 Volt system, laid in trenches fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:- Note :- Excavation, earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings , cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 160 mm dia suitable for 0.6 mpa working pressure complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by manual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe 100 to 150 mm bore and making good both ends all specified and directed

S&F in replacement GI Pipe (light grade) with necessary accessories/ fittings for cable protections/pole for crossing of culverts/nallah of following bore sizes

Taking out faulty underground 1100 Volt LT cable of different sizes by excavation and removing bricks of any size and relaying in the same trenches or re routing after rectification of fault or replacing faulty portion of cable with new cable and removing of surplus soil and using new bricks as required. Note: (a) 1100 Volt LT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable bricks will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra bricks and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs. (c) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule.

Supply, fixing and testing straight through joint heat shrinkable type with jointing kit suitable for cable PVC/XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade complete all as directed for the following sizes :-

Taking down unservicable RCC/ steel tubular poles of any type and supply & installing steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) of approx wt.147 kg conforming to IS 2713 (Part-II) including excavation, earth work, PCC foundation, base plate,PCC coping,GI pipe for cable protection etc. and GI bracket for fitting mounting, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as specified and as directed by E-in-charge. NOTE:- The unit rate in this item is deemed to be included the cost of exacavation and earth work in any type of soil,PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D-2 , PCC coping 1:2:4 type B-1 as in steel tubular pole and GI bracket made of GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore, 1.5 mtr long for fixing of street light fitings . The steel pole shall be painted by bituminious paint total length inside and up to planting depth outside and remaining portion of pole painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing in replacement complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.10 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 25mm x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanised ironside complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe medium grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI lead wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

S&F in replacement KIOSK box wheather proof including made out of one piece mounted SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door size 333x233x120mm out side and 300x200x105mm inside dimensions comprising of aluminium bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amps including embossing/painting of danger notice of size not less than 10cm x 7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of KIOSK box body complete all as specified and directed.Incluiding MS clamp of size 25x3 mm with suitable size nut,bolts & washer.

M&L for re-painting of LT Panels/feeder pillars of approx size 2 to 4 Sqm with 2 coats of super enamal paint over a coat of red-oxide with sparygun including writing of feeder pillar numbers in appropriate size of letters as directed.

All as per item No 15 above but of approx size upto 1.90 Sqm

M&L for re-painting of LT Steel tubular poles of any sizes with apply of 2 coats of aluminium paint including rubbing with wire brush/emery paper & writing pole Nos in appropriate size of letters including making yellow and black strips upto height of 1.5 mtr above from ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement of LED street light fitting fitting 90 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unservicable RCC/ steel tubular poles of any type and supply & installing steel tubular swan neck pole type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) complete with mild steel base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws including two coats of aluminium painting over a coat of primer for exposed surfaces and two coats of bituminous black paint over a coat of primer to the surfaces in contact with concrete inclusing two runs of PVC insulated 1100V multi-stranded copper wire of size 2.5 Sqmm from the junction box to the fitting complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for sprading of stone aggregate of nominal size not more than 25mm under 4/6 pole HT structure /surounding area of outdoor RMU manually without damaging any equipments, cable or parts , spreading & levelling of finished gravel uniformaly in layers n. ecc. 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface all as specified and directed

Suplying and laying in replacement in sub station 3.3 to 11 KV electrical insulation mat ISI marked complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply installation & commissioning in replacement of 24V, 40A Float Cum Boost Battery Charger unit including battery bank comprising 02 Nos of 12 Volts, 00 AH sealed maintenance free batteries. The CCCV battery charger consisting of copper wound, air cooled transformer, 01 Set single phase full wave bridge rectifier consisting of diodes and SCRs, liberally rated mounted on heat sink and complete with resistor/condenser network for surge supperssion . During auto float mode automatic changeover shall take place from float mode to boost mode and vice versa, 01 Set of solid state constant potential controller to stabilize the DC output voltage of the float cum boost charger, 01 No electronic controller , DC digital ammeter , DC digital voltmeter, Potentiometer , DC, MCB for reverse battery protection . The charger should have alarm annunciation with visual and audible alarm with manual reset facility for fuse fail alarm. Float cum boost battery charger and DC distribution board shall be housed in powder coated sheet steel cubicle with panels of 1.6mm thickness , louvers for ventilation , gland plate will be provided for cable entry from bottom . The battery charger shall be divided into two compartments. The upper compartment shall house the battery charger & DCDB with all necessary controls. The lower compartment shall be suitable for housing the batteries. Tech specification shall be as under:- (a) Input working voltage-180 -270 Volts (b) Nominal Input Voltage - 230 V , AC , 50 Hz,1 (c) On load input power factor - > 0.8 (d) On load unit watt efficiencies-> 80% (e) No load losses of complete charge-< 10% (f) Ripple contents on the load (RMS)= 1% to 5% (g) Over load - 110% for 30 minutes and will give visual indication for over load condition. (h) Boost charging - 2.4 V/Cell . (j) Float charging -2.15 V/Cell (k) Float cum boost charging-Automatically changes from one state to another state as per battery condition and will give the visual indication for either float or boost based on charging mode. (l) Reverse polarity -No damage will caused . A visual indication for reverse polarity will appear with an audio alarm. (m) Short circuit-MCB protecton provided.

Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Eng-in-charge
