Manning and operation of steam boiler, oil fired type fully automatic of capacity 600 Kg/Hr having fuel pump motor of 0.5 HP 3 phase, 415V, water pump motor 3HP 3 phase 415 Volts Make :- Thermax model RXA-6 employing one operator cum mechanic per shift daily of 08 hrs from 0700hrs to 1500hrs as directed by Engineer-in-Charge except sunday, one plant running at a time complete for following machines :- (a) Boiler No 1 SL No RXA-064907 (b) Boiler No 2 SL No RXA-064906 (c) Boiler No 3 SL No RXA-064905

Manning & operation of the following incinerators at INHS Asvini with employing one operator cum mechanic per shift of 08 hrs from 0700hrs to 1500hrs as directed by Engineer-in-Charge except Sunday one plant running at a time complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for following machines :- (a) Two Nos of incinerator, Thermax Make, Destromat Pyrolytic PY--VS 75 type with burning capacity 30-40 Kg/Hr operating with AC 440 Volts 3 phase working temp primary chamber upto 8500 C and secondary chamber 10500 C water cooled comprise with waste water treatment system. Note :- 1. The installation will be handed over in operating state on the commencement of contract through a WO. 2. DHPP 'N' for running of plants under item No 1 & 2 will be issued under Sch 'B' for free for running plants. Contractor shall make his own arrangement to collect the DHPP'N' from store yard of AGE (I) Asvini to boiler plant room, laundry and incinerators at INHS Asvini hospital at his own cost and arrangement.

Routine maintenance and repairs of steam boiler, oil fired type fully automatic of capacity 600 Kg/Hr having fuel motor of 0.5 HP 3 phase, 415V, water pump motor 3HP 3 phase 415 Volts Make :- Thermax model RXA-6 including cleaning, descaling steel drum by using descaling compound and removing and cleaning scales on perforated body all as directed, replacement of minor parts such as photocells Cat No THX/06/011, ignition transformer 14.5 KV burner nozzle, sequence control relay, oil seal for water pump (HCA-7), ball bearing (HCA-5) for water pump etc, tuning of pumps, over hauling of pumps, any other repairs required for proper functioning of boiler, checking of boiler safety devices, control panel minor adjustment, lubricating etc including routine maintenance of water softening plant installed within boiler plant room complete for following machines :- Note :- Replacement of spares shall be measured & paid separately herein after. (a) Boiler No 1 SL No RXA-064907 (b) Boiler No 2 SL No RXA-064906 (c) Boiler No 3 SL No RXA-064905

Routine maintenance with replacing of minor parts such as nuts, bolts, fan belts, timers, hose pipe, all type of filters, all type of presure gauge, relays, contactors, switches etc complete and cleaning of the following incinerator installed at INHS Asvini. One plant working at a time and maintenance will be carried out next day all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge, details of plant as under :- (a) Two Nos of incinerator, Thermax Make, Destromat Pyrolytic PY-VS-75 type with burnig capacity 30-40 Kg/Hr operating with AC440 Volts 3 phase working temperature primery chamber upto 8500 C and secondry chamber upto 10500 C.

(b) Repair/routine maintenance to cumbustion chamber primary and secondary including refractory linings, packing materials including fabrication repairs & replacement of damaged components & connected minor parts as per OEM specifications for smooth running of plant (c) Repairs/routine maintenance to air circulating system, ID fan, FD fan, ducts, air chambers, connected motors, bearings, safety covers, belts etc & replacement of damaged components & connected minor parts as per OEM specifications for smooth running of plant. (d) Repairs/reutine maintenance to water circulation system, connected valves, ventury, dryers, sprayer, tanks & replacement of damaged components as per OEM specification for smooth running of plant. (e) Repairs/routine maintenance to burner assembly including fuel system, diffuser disc/cone, flame sensor & controller, dryers, control valves, thermostst system replacement of damaged components & connected minor parts as per OEM specifications for smooth running of plant. (f) Repairs/routine maintenance to main contorl panel and sensors by replacing all unserviceable relays, meters, power contactors, timers, connectors, MCBs, guages etc, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Replacement of spares shall be measured & paid separately herein after.

Repair and maintenance of air compressor 7.5HP capacity Make KG Khosla complete including cleaning, replacement of minor parts, topping up of mobile oil periodically, and periodical maintenance of compressor and motor etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for following machine (running two machines at a time) (a) Ser No 29004 (b) Ser No 29923 Note :- Replacement of spares shall be measured & paid separately herein after.

Repair and maintenance of electrically, operated hydro extracting machine of 50 Kgs capacity (Make : Super shine) auto controlled with electirc motor 10HP capacity, 3 phase, 415 Volts including cleaning, minor repairs adjustment, lubricating replacement of parts such as V belt No 6-71, V belt A-56, ball bearing etc complete for the following machines (Running four machine at a time) :- (a) SH-50- Sl No 1 (b) SH-50- Sl No 2 (c) SH-50- Sl No 3 (d) SH-50- Sl No 4 Note :- Replacement of spares shall be measured & paid separately herein after.

Repair and maintenance of calendaring machine (Make- Super Shine) roller type of size 600x3300mm including repairing of steam valve, lubricating of gear system, adjustment of chains, pneumatic valves, repair/replacement of minor parts including cloth padding etc complete. Model SFW-224S Note :- Replacement of spares shall be measured & paid separately herein after.

Repair and maintenance of pneumatically operated steam heated auto temprature controlled flat bed press of size 1500mm x 750mm Make - Super Shine including cleaning, minor repairs/replacement of minor parts adjustment etc complete for (Running two machines at a time) :- (a) SFB 30S Sl No 1 (b) SFB 30S Sl No 2 Note :- Replacement of spares shall be measured & paid separately herein after.

Repair and maintenance of electrical operated side loaded sluice machine 25 Kgs capacity auto controlled having electric motor of 3HP capacity, 3 phase, 415 Volts for washing machine & extraction (Make-Super Shine) including cleaning, rewinding of motor if required, repairs/replacement of motor parts adjustment, lubricating etc complete for following (Running two machines at a time):- (a) Model No SSL 255 Sl No 1 (b) Model No SSL 255 Sl No 2 Note :- Replacement of spares shall be measured & paid separately herein after.

Repair and maintenance of drying tumbler of 50 kgs of size 1150mm x 950mm (make- super shine) including alignment of line chain, repair/replacement of minor parts, adjustment, cleaning of steam heat exchanger, cleaning of steam pipe line, maintenance of electrical parts, lubricating & cleaning of gear mounting etc for following machines ( Running Three Machines at a time) (a) SDT 50S SI No1 (b) SDT 50S SI No 2 (c) SDT 50S SI No 3 Note :- Replacement of spares shall be measured & paid separately herein after.

Repair and maintenance of electrically operated washing machine (Make- Super Shine) of 50 Kgs capacity front loading type, steam heating arrangement, automatic controlled panel with 5 HP motor, 3 Phase, 415 Volts incl rewinding of motor if required, repair/replacement of all major and minor parts such as ball bearing of SKF/Tata/ZKI Make, oil seal, V Belt, pin type coupling bush, 'O' ring, over load relay, electronic timer, micro switch, drain coils, rubber door gasket (Neoprene heat proof), digital temperature gauges, leg shaft etc, adjustment and lubricating of machine etc complete for following machine (Running two machines at a time):- (a) SFXL 50S Sl No.1 (b) SFXL 50S Sl No.5 Note :- Replacement of spares shall be measured & paid separately herein after.

As per item No 11 above but capacity of washing 100 Kgs, front loading type, steam heating arrangement with automatic controlled panel along with 10 HP motor, 3 phase, 415 volts, complete including repairs/replacement of all major and minor parts, adjustment, lubricating machine etc of following machine (Running three machines at a time) :- (a) SFXL 100S Sl No 2 (b) SFXL 100S Sl No 3 (c) SFXL 100S Sl No 4 Note :- Replacement of spares shall be measured & paid separately herein after.

Repair and maintenance of electrical operated mushroom press of size 500mm x 250mm steam connection size 15mm and suction blower, 1 HP capacity, 3 phase, 415 volts Make - Super Shine including repair/replacement of minor parts adjustment & lubricating of machine etc complete for following machine (Running two machine at a time) :- (a) SMP-19S Sl No 1 (b) SMP-19S Sl No 2 Note :- Replacement of spares shall be measured & paid separately herein after.

Repair and maintenance of electrical, operated steam lagger press of size 1200mm tapered with electric motor of capacity 1 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts including repair/replacement of minor parts, adjustment & lubricating of machine etc compete for following machine (Running two machines at a time) :- (a) SWL 475 Sl No 1 (b) SWL 475 Sl No 2 Replacement of spares shall be measured & paid separately herein after.

Repair and routine maintenance with replacing of minor parts such as nuts bolts, fan belts timers hose pipe all type all type of filters, pressure gauge, relays, contactors, swiches etc complete and cleaning of steam operated mattress sterilizer machine heavy duty of capacity 150 Kgs swing door with stainless steel chamber having vacuum pump 5 HP stainless steel loading carrigae & transfer trolly Make Mediquip. Repair and routine maintenance with replacing of minor parts such as nuts bolts, fan belts timers hose pipe all type of filters, pressure gauge, relays, contactors, swiches etc complete and cleaning of dry cleaning machine capacity 25 to 35 Kg front loading type open pocket with built in low spins extraction with hydro extractor of 15 Kg capacity connected to base tank of dry cleaning machine Make Super Shine laundry system Note :- Replacement of spares shall be measured & paid separately herein after.

Taking down old unserviceable and supply & fix Bottom duct for RXA 06 steam boiler.

Taking down old unserviceable and supply & fix steam pressure switch for RXA 06 steam boiler.

Supply, install and testing of steam tubes of MS and aluminium fins, the gap between two coils not less than 30mm including inlet, outlet pipes and suitable guage as per existing at site includig outer frame and connecting pipes complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rewinding the electric motor including disconnecting electric and earth connections, decoupling motor and Hydro Extractor removing foundation bolts and nuts and removing the motor from its existing position of capacity 10 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts of any make and taking out to workshop for carrying out repair/rewinding as under:- (a) Removing the split case/body cover of motor, separete starter/rotor and cutting the complete burnt/defective winding. (b) Cleaning the state body complete by rubbing sand paper and remove all carbon. (c) Insert insulation material such as insulating paper sleeves. (d) Rewinding the stator with existing size of super enameled copper winding, varnishing and heating up at desired temp for achieving the particular Ohm resistance. (e) Clean the rotor and assembling in motor. (f) Connection/coupling the motor with Hydro extractor, connect all earth/electric connections, foundations nut bolts at its original position and testing on load complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 29 above but of capacity 7.5 HP 3 phase 415 volts. Note for item No 29 & 30:- Guarantee of 01 year for rewinding shall be submitted by the conrtactor.

Supply and fix castor wheel with ball bearing and surrounded by hard rubber for wash room trolly/self trolly/mobile trolly of dia 6 inches complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Suppy and fix timer with time range 0-60 min working on single phase 230 volts AC supply.

Taking out burnt electric motor from foundation, dismantling and rewinding of induction motor of capacity 7.5 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts with approved quality of super enameled copper wire as per original gauge and size and insulating material heating, varnishing etc, complete including checking of its IR value reassembling and fixing at its original place complete. Note :- Replacement of spares shall be measured & paid separately herein after.

All as per item No 33 above but of capacity 0.5 HP 3 phase 415 volts. (Note for item No 33 & 34:- Guarantee of 01 year for rewinding from the certified date of completion shall be submitted by the conrtactor).

Supply and fix ignition transformer working on single phase AC supply with input voltage 230 Volt and out put voltage 14500 volt including disconnecting and reconnecting electric supply on existing position all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete. Make NEC

Supply and fix heat resistive fire bricks (Combustion Brick) of size 230mm x 115mm x 65mm by dismantling the damaged brick from the primary/secondry chamber of the incinerator plant and fixing the new in the existing location by means of POP complete to match with the surrounding as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old unservicable thermocouple installed in inlet ventury, outlet ventury, primary chamber and secondary chamber of including disconnecting electrical connection and supply & fix new thermocouple including connecting electrical supply, nuts bolts & washers etc complete.

Repair/ replacement of old MS body from any mechanical laundry/ incinerator/chimminey machine parts and fabrication supply and erection of new plain MS sheet of any thickness in same shape and design and location as per existing at site and as per OEM specifications including welding/ soldering all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour steel structural fabrication works fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts,washers, welding ,bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primary coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as directed.
