Demolition of Brick Work/ sone work / concrete block wall built in Cement Mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep in hard/dense soil for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15 cm thickness(below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry, type C-1 (1:3:6) (20 mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 5 but except blocks Note:- Old blocks retrieved from item No. 1 shall be reused

Returning filling in including spreading watering and well raming in layer excedding 25 cm each in any type of soil/rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils/Rock) to a distance exceeding 1.5 Km but not exceeding 5 Km and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span and other similar bands, copings, over chajja, walls and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, over roof/chajja, walls and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls/ceiling of any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint on new surfaces of walls including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation of new surface wall/ceilling etc. applying a coat of primer and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior paint (advanced anti fungal paint) complete all as manufacturers instructions and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint on old surfaces of walls including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wooden or bamboo) taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground with earth as directed.

Excavating in post holes(or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum in soft/disintegrated rock, getting out, returning, filling in, watering and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete for fixing of posts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (RCC or steel) embedded in cement concrete, brick work, masonary etc. any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground with earth as directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing or gates, flat iron fillets, angle iron, swan neck including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire etc. conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over as in stiffner to chain link fencing cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&f chain link fencing MS galvanized, 100 x 100 mm mess or cases with 3.15 mm dia mild steel galvanized wire, lapped straining and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) dia of shank 11 to 15 mm with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other end or screwed both end, each screw end to be fitted with 3 mm thick MS washers and one hexagonal nuts, length of bolt exc. 5 cm and not exc. 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC coated chain link fencing MS galvanised, min size 75 x 75 mm mess or cases with 3.5 mm dia mild steel galvanised wire lapped straightning and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tyring at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured).

S&F in repair silver GI razor blade concertina coil grade SS-316 with punched tape of 600 mm dia, center core wire shall be minimum 2.60 mm dia and thickness of tape 0.50 mm of mild steel conforming to IS-280-2006, galvanized coating of steel concertina coil shall confirm to requirements as laid down for medium coated wire in IS 4826 “Hot dip galvanized coating of round steel wires” concertina coil shall be fixed in diamond shape with the help of dove tail two handles and spikes shall be fixed at both ends of coil, spiral turns per coil 50 to 51 Nos, stretchable length per coil 6 m and approximate weight per coil 8 Kg and clip per spiral 5 Nos. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description and thickness as in floor, apron etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite stone 20 mm thick (of any type) glazed (table rubbed and polished) fixed as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateform and the like set in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match and exposed edges rounded and providing screed bed 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates (Ornamental type where required) of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe- 290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials by truck or tractor with using of if necessary JCB machine and trolly including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination and depositing out side defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry, type C-1 (1:3:6) (20 mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct to Item No. 36 above for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm.

Removing excavated material (Soils/Rock) to a distance exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in saucer drain, bed blocks coping and the like slightly rounded or chamfered angles, depth of saucer drain upto 45 cm, thickness minimum 50 mm and width of drain min 25-30 cm all as required at site to ease flow of rain water and flow of water from damping ground area to the nearest area including necessary earthwork, form work and demolition of old concrete surface/ road surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs ( for manholes etc.) and similar articles with plain faces including necessary form work, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of schedule 'A').

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface of concrete exc. 10 cm in width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in two different colours over a coat of priming plaster coat complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm stone graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including forming construction (dummy) joints 6 mm wide & 10 mm deep and filled with filler at an interval not exceeding 3 metre and at change of direction and necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Hardcore of broken stone or boulder gauge n. exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers n.exc. 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) 75 mm thick as in sub base or in levelling course, finishing the surface even and rough to receive floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed rubber moulded coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick, with grey pigment cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with & including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor/ hard standing finished fair and even including necessary formwork and strip to divide the area into panels complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted floor surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth by filling of cracks/holes and applying one coat of floor paint Indigo or equivalent complete all as specified and directed.
