Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (a) 25mm average thickness.

(b) 50 mm average thickness.

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (a) Bars upto 12 mm diameter

(b) Bars above 12 mm diameter

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect. (a) SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer.

Providing and applying two coats of anticorrosive epoxy phenolic rebar protective system of approved make and quality comprises of resin and hardener mixed in equal proportion by volume with minimum 0.5 to 1.0 hours between the coats, complete all as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Providing, drilling and fixing injection Non Return Valve packers in RCC members for grouting, drilling holes in structural members at the intervals 200mm c to c or as per recommendations/requirements, cleaning the holes by alr blower prior to fixing nozzles.

Providing and injecting Pressure grouting is started as per manufacturer guidelines using NITOFILL WS 60 or equivalent, low viscous, Rapid Foaming 2-part liquid PU grout with viscosity (@ 20 degree c) < 1 Poise. Reaction time with water 5 to 30 seconds. Once the leaks are arrested Ni to fill UR 63 is grouted through the same ports to permanently seal the cracks. Pressure grouting shall be done at required pressure etc. Finally cut the projected nozzle and seal with RENDEROC HS EXTRA as per manufacturer recommendation.

Supplying and applying pre tested and approved water based concrete curing compound to concrete/ masonry surface, all as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (a) Non pigmented wet curing compound

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note: - (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.
