Material and labour for scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exceeding 400sqm and depth exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

Screening road metal, Chipping etc on the site of the work when specially ordered, including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) of limestone, sandstone, flint or quartzite , spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber required with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller all as specified.

All as per item No 04 here in before but except materials complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Material obtained from item No 02.00 here in before shall be used.

Materials and labour for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) water bound macadam (WBM) in two layers each of 75mm thick with coarse aggregates of grading 2(63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3(50 to 20 mm size) using limestone, sandstone, flint or quartzite , spread, rolled with power roller 8 to 10 tonne and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc. and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10 Kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repairs to potholes, not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder using paving bitumen @ 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to uniform smooth surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing bituminous premixed semi asphaltic dense concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, mixed in central computerised hot mix plant and laid using mechanical self propelled paver and rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repair road stud of minimum size 110mm x128mm x 29.5mm confirming to ASTM standards made from ABS material, dynamically designed having high impact strength and fitted with 02 Nos highly reflective reflectors on both sides fixed with highly adhesive materials on bitumen surface including preparation of new or old surface and taking down damage cate eye complete as specified and directed. M&L for painting lines, Dashes, Arrows etc by applying 2.5mm thick THERMOPLASTIC road marking compoung of White / Yellow of approved make and shade for road marking on bituminous roads / pavements or on cement concrete surfaces using Hot processor plant complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repairs solar road stud/cat eye of minimum size 125mm x125mm x 25mm made from aluminium alloy and solar powered by inbuilt solar panel with one high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeable battery provided with LEDs - 10mm, 3 pieces each side and total 6 pieces are used for high brightness with backup for 12 hours of continuous light all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
