Strengthening of Mathur Village BG Road - 0/0 - 0/475 KM @ Mathur Panchayat

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp.

Picking old metalled / BT surface upto 10cm thick as directed by the departmental officers

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out of water and other item which may be necessary or convenient to the succesful completion of the excavation in a compacted condition a quality of materials not exceeding the amount of excavation including all machinery charges for T&P employed etc., complete for cutting side drains and forming berms as per standard specifications.

Providing and laying including cost and conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at Optimum moisture content and hire fuel charges for powerroller, watersprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing dangerlights etc. comp for base-course and side berms

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Applying tack coat over Un Primed WMB/ WMM surface at 7Kg of SS-1 per 10 Sqm. area including cost of bituminous binder at the site including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat including hire charges and fuel charges for bitumen boiler and all other tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification.

Applying tack coat over Primed WMB/ WMM surface at 2.5Kg / 10 Sqm. area including cost of bituminous binder at the site including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat including hire charges and fuel charges for bitumen boiler and all other tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification.

Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 25mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5
