2.8 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan ), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. 2.8.1 All kinds of soil.

11.2 Dry brick on edge flooring in required pattern with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12mm mud mortar, including filling joints with Jamuna sand, with common burnt clay non modular bricks.

5.2 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: 5.2.2 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand (zone -III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

5.3 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15" landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level upto floor five, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 "(1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

6.1 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: 6.1.1 Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

6.12 6.13 Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. 6.13.2 Cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand).

10.14 Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351, manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.60mm thickness, including hinges, jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x 25mm, or base ties of 1.60 mm, pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, including M.S. pressed butt hinges 2.5mm thick with mortar guards, lock strikeplate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre- treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer - in -charge: 10.14.2 Profile C 10.14.2.1 Fixing with adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb.

9.20 Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (part I)decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 9.20.1 35mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

10.15 Providing and fixing M.S. Tubular frames for doors, windows, ventilators and cupboard with rectangular/ L-Type sections, made of 1.60mm thick M.S. Sheet, joints mitred, welded and grinded finish, with profiles of required size, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. 10.15.1 Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C.1:3:6(1 Cement :3 coarse sand 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

10.30 Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors , windows, clerestory windows, all complete with …. 10.30.1 4.0mm thick glass panes

13.4 12mm cement plaster of mix: 13.4.2 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand).

13.5 15mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 13.5.2 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand).

9.48 Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. 9.48.1 Fixed to steel windows by welding.

10.2 Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

12.1 Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical /curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead , including a coat of approved steel primer and two approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 12.1.3 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

12.51 Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 12.4.2 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2.

2.25 Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

2.35 Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST - CONSTRUCTIONAL anti- termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion): 2.35.3 Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1:2(1 cement :2 Coarse sand ) to match the existing floor : 2.35.3.1 With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20%with 1%concentration

11.5 62mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and top layer 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix :2 graded stone aggregate, 6mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacture's specifications . This includes cost of cement slurry , but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

13.9 Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 13.9.1 12 mm cement plaster.

12.45 Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixingof frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. Sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive ) as per IS:277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 50 mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. Channels 45x15x 0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedgeof 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26mm each having lips of 10.5 mm at 450mm centre to centre,shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to ........ all complete as per drawings specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with: 12.45.1 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS:2095 (part I) 2011(Board with BIS certification marks).

4.17 Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3 coarse sand (zone III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

13.41 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: 13.41.1 New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer

13.44 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: 13.44 13.44.1 New work (Two or more coats applied @3.84 kg/10sqm

9.96 Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS :1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete: 9.96.2 250x16 mm.
