ITT 3.2 b) To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period. i.e. (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25). Satisfactory completion as a prime contractor for at least one similar nature of work such as Improvements/Construction/ Repairs/ Rejuvenation/ Restoration/ Development of Tank/Lake/Park work of value not less than Rs. 200.14 lakhs. The satisfactory completion certificate issued by competent authority should not be below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent
ITT 3.2 c)The bidder should have carried out the following quantities in any one year of the preceding five financial years viz., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25. ITT 3.3) Each Tenderer should further demonstrate: a) Availability by owning/ Lease/ Hire basis the following key and critical equipment for this work: For Lease/ Hire basis- relevant documents (commitment agreements etc., shall be scanned and uploaded) (Minimum 50% of the required machinery should be owned by the Tenderer. Remaining 50% of the required machinery may be owned / procurred on Lease basis / Hire basis.) a) Owned 1) Excavator/JCB 1 No, 2) Tipper 1 No, 3) Self-loading concrete mixer/Ajax 1 No, 4) Vibratory Compactor. b) Machineries could be on Lease/Hire/Own : 1) Excavator/JCB 1 No, 2) Tipper 1 No, 3) Self-loading concrete mixer/Ajax 1 No No. Note:-For the vehicles / machineries / equipments for which RTO registration is statutory, for such vehicles / machineries / equipments the contractor should upload the Registration Certificate documents issued by RTO. For machineries and other equipments for which RTO registration is not applicable, for such machineries and equipments, purchase invoice document should be uploaded. If there is sale deed for such machineries and equipments, original invoice along with registered sale deed should be uploaded
The bidder shall possess valid GST registration number. The original GST Certificate shall be scanned and uploaded.
The bidder shall be a Registered KPWD Civil contractor of Class-II and above. The valid Licence in original shall be scanned and uploaded.
ITT 3.2 a)The tenderer should have been Achieved in at least TWO financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of value Rs. 800.54 lakhs. In the last five year i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. Turnover certificate issued by Chartered accountant shall be uploaded. In support of this, the balance sheets and profit loss statements issued by a Chartered Accountant for the any two of the previous 5 financial years shall be scanned and uploaded. (2020-21 to 2024-25).(Note: The balance sheets and profit loss statements uploaded for 2 years must tally with Turnover obtained years)
ITT 3.3 b) Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. 109.16 Lakhs (Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.,) The original credit facility certificate(Bankers certificate as per uploaded format) issued by any Nationalized Bank/Scheduled Indian Bank addressed to The Commissioner, Urban Development Authority, Shreyas Enclave Saraswathi Badavane, Near APMC, Sira-572137 shall be scanned and uploaded.
Eligible tenders will be qualified only if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. (Refer standard tender documents section-2: A General Instructions to tenders), for that the supporting documents shall be uploaded failing which the tender will not be considered.
The bidder should furnish the statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed & should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent. If no existing commitments / ongoing-works, a Nil certificate shall be uploaded.
