Taking out of old decayed, broken, dislodged red sand stone veneering & flooring stones from Delhi Gate to Lahori Gate moat road wall including including disposal of rubbish within 200m lead.

Red Sand Stone 30 mm Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) upto 10 metre height, backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : (To be secured to the backing and the sides by means of cramps and pins which shall be paid for separately) :8.14.1 Red sand stone - exposed face fine dressed with rough backing.

Red sand stone work, plain in copings, cornices, string courses and plinth courses, upto 75 mm thick in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), including pointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade

Provision for providing supply of water through water tanker to army personnel during Republic Day and Bharat Parv celebration at Red Fort, Delhi

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required shade and color to give an even shade two or more coat including scraping of old paint by using sand papering & cleaning the surface smooth for paint work complete

Engagement of Casual labour such as beldar, Electrician, plumber, required for day to day electric, water line maintenance, wooden work and loading/unloading works and for shifting of material ladder, scaffolding T&P articles and other work related with Republic Day celebration and Bharat Parv 2021 Electrician

Provision for repair of MS gate, grills of Madhav das park, 15 august park, tikona park & outside road of Red Fort included materials & labours charges etc complete.(hiring of fabricator including welding machine and required materials for 8 hours per day)

Demolishing of lintel of brick masonary in rich mix of lime mortar by manually with hand chisel very carefully without damaging the adjoining structure & ceiling at the height of 4 meter. This all arrangement wil be made for wide opening of wooden gate of chatta bazaar and stacking the malba

Taking out 150mm thick red sand stone slabs anchored in walls upto 600mm depth by chiseling very carefully without damaging the adjoining structure & wall upto 4 meter lift and stacking the malba upto 25 meter lead.

Providing and fixing I-section size 150x100x8mm between the walls by making groves both sides in the walls, resting over 6mm thick MS plates 150 x 300mm & holes will be packed with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement, 2 c.sand, 4 stone aggregate) including cutting, hoisting & fixing at lift of 9 mtrs and upto 300 meter lead.

Refixing of heavy wooden doors size 4x2.5m of salwood alongwith brass plate, washer with conical nails. All the loose plate & flower brass material, small & big will be refixed including the charge of pivot axis from 300mm to 2.5mm which will be fitted at the extreme side eachof panel by MS plate 50x6mm with nut bolt size 150mm long for smooth opening of doors

ixing of 150mm thick red sand stone slab 1mx3m having the hole of 100mm dia at the top & bottom slab to hold the pivot axis red sand stone slabs will be anchored in the wall very carefully by making grooves in the wall & packed with cement concrete 1:1/2:3 rich mix including cutting, jointing & make colouring pigement to match the shade.

Provision for french spirit polish two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler

ismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead

Providing 42mm thick lime plaster in 3 coats 1:1:1 (1 lime, 1 surkhi, 1 Coarse sand ) including racking and washing the joints very carefully including carriage of materials from a distance of 300 mt

Errection and dismantling of tubular scaffolding with help of wooden planks and coir rope during the work i.e. plaster, red sand stone work, etc

Provision for removal of malba by mechanical transportation including loading/unloading from site to dumping ground lead upto 15 to 20mt.

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: 6.2.1 Cement mortar
