Taking down of cement or cement lime plaster/tile work any description from brick or stone wall etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on external surface in CM 1:6 on brick & concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth W/O using extra cement.

Material and labour for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on concrete surfaces of ceiling, finished even and smooth W/O using extra cement.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on surfaces of walls on plastered surfaces over a coat of alkali resistant primer.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash.

M&L for preparing new plastered surface of wall applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of chalk whiting primer.

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash.

Preparation of old treated surface and applying one coat of varnish finishing coat with synthetic varnish etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of SEP on old painted steel surfaces of any description including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for obliterating old writing of any description, n exc 0.1 sqm, with paint to match existing work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for writing stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphen, brackets etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new external plastered surface of wall and ceiling, making the surface smooth by rubbing with emery paper and applying one coat of wall care putty and two coats of weather proof paint over a coat of water thinkable cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old platered surface of wall and ceiling, making the surface smooth by rubbing with emery paper and applying one coat of weather proof paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving’s not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Demolition of Mild Steel work of any description.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate )as in foundation of RCC post or MS post and struts etc.

M&L for stone walling built in CM 1:6 in random rubble masonary, uncoursed, well bonded, solidly hearted built in retaining wall, abutment and similar works.

M & L for hand packing with broken stone/ boulderbehind backing of retaining wall,in layers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bond stone etc.

Extra over stone walling granite or trap stone for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc. 40 mm and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random rubble masonry , uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:3.

M&L for flush pointing to random rubble masonry , uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4.

M&L for coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking tiles any shape and size, 30mm thickness, conforming to IS, M35 grade complete laid over sand filling in floor/ foothpath complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under the floors or in foundation including watering, well ramming and consolidation. Note: Only punned down thickness shall be measured and paid.

M & L for 75mm thick, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in path finishing cement concrete surface even and fair spike rolling to surface or making impression of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels, drains etc.

Extra for forming fair finished drain for channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms, moulds , mitred/stopped ends etc.

Add or deduct from Item No 37 above for each 25mm inner girth or parth there of under 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds etc.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete block of PCC (1:3:6) type-C2 in masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10cm in width & set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in gate framed work of angle or other section with gusset plates braces etc.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces with cement finishing the surfaces even & smooth with neeru finish using extra cement.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces with cement finishing the surfaces even & smooth w/o using extra cement.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Cement Base Paint over a coat of white wash.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, in walls or retaining walls, columns, pillars and posts etc all as specified & directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips, all as specified and directed.

S&F MS Screw bolts 12 mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, embeded in RCC post, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5 cm but n. exc 10 cm long.

Supply only MS galvanised chain link fencing of mesh size 100x100mm of 4mm dia galvanized wire.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards rails, straining bolts, etc, including provision of binding wire.

S&F 10 mm dia bars as stiffening member in fencing including securing the fencing.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregates as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded aggregates laid on floor, finishing the surfac eeven and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregates complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete in cover slab using PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregates and setting in CM 1:6.
