Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Providing and Applying CFTRI approved two component flexible polymer modified acrylic cementitious waterproofing coating with a mix ratio of (5 Liquid :7 Powder) to the RCC surface like Roof, bathroom, toilet, balcony & utility area applied @ 2.2kg/m2 in 2 coats to achieve 1.2mm DFT, having Elongation at break >120% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength >1N/ mm2 as per ASTM D 412, Adhesion strength: 0.80N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541, crack bridging upto 2mm as per ASTM C 836. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving of 50 mm X 50mm at all right angles of wall Junction with Polymer Repair Mortar and lay 45 gsm glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet, treatment of cracks completely as per specification

Ceiling Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Ceiling Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 20 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Towards Door Repair OR Replacement work including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Towards Window Repair OR Replacement work including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Supply New Window including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Distempering the old walls and ceiling one coat with best oil bound distemper of approved quality including preparation of surfaces (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, neat finishing, cost of brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer
