M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on old plastered surfaces of wall/ ceiling/floor by filling cracks by crack fill paste of berger or of Techno commercially equivalent in approved makes. make as approved by GE, removing loose paints etc., removing nails etc and making good surfaces by applying white birla/JK wall care putty wherever required , smoothen surfaces by sand paper and applying two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer of any height of Bldg complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The contractor shall furnish 5 years performance warranty as per manufacturer of paint (ii) This work will do upto 15 Metre height.

-Ditto all as per item 03 here in befotre, but one coat on ceiling surfaces in any description complete all as specified and directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls, preparing surfaces and make surface free from loose particles oil stains etc. and surface ideally prewetted, applying white cementitious wall care fine putty average thickness1.50mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall or concrete surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall/ceiling and applying one coat of lustre paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of old steel surface in any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old wood or wood based surfaces in anu description and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.
