Providing and laying terrace lime concrete weathering course with grade brick aggregate 25 mm nominal size and 50% mortar comprising of 1 lime putty and 2 surkhi and curing including all materials, labour, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One part of cement, 2 parts of Coarse sand & 4 Parts of 40 mm nominal size metal ) for foundation using 40 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of weathering course with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) including all materials, labour, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing Royaloak Mellow dinning Chair. The cost including all materials and labour for fixing, transport. Complete and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Providing and Fixing Round Dining Table of size 3'6" Dia Making and fixing with 19mm Plywood box with 1mm Laminated finish and corian top. The cost including all materials, labour, transport etc. Complete complying with the BIS and as directed by the departmental Officers.

Providing Cup-board Shutter with frame using termite / water proof plywood of 19mm thick over which laminated sheet of 0.8mm thick fixed inside the shutter and 1mm thick fixed in the outside of the shutter using fevicol along with necessary labour and furniture fittings, such as, hydralic hinges, tower bolt, handles, multi purpose locks etc., as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, laminate sheet and other materials should be got approved from the Executive Engineer befoe use on work.

Providing and fixing Vertical blinds of approved colour with top rail aluminium "U" channel of size 45 mm x 25mm, G.I. card weight, Operation chain, "C" Stopper, Master Runner, Vertical Blind Fabrics 100mm width, Bottom Chain, Special type nylon rope with hand lift, etc., The cost including all materials, labour, fixing charges, conveyance etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Wall decorative Lights arrangement for the VVIP Dining Room. The cost including supply & fixing of all the required materials for complete electrical works, labour, transport etc. Complete complying with Standard Electrical provisions system and as directed by the Departmental Officers.
