Repair Scope for compressor rotor ( LRU HC-GAS , 2MCL456 , C-069): 1) Receipt, Un-loading and un-packing of Rotor 2) Cleaning of rotor 3) Rotor and impeller run out check 4) DP check of all impellers 5) Dis-assembly of damaged parts 6) Manufacture and replacement of following parts a) End Gas seal bushes b) Oil seal bushes c) Thrust collar, spacer & locking nut d) Bushes under oil separation seals 7) Assembly of all new parts on rotor 8) Restoration of coupling hub area by Laser cladding 9) Threads in the shaft end coupling side will be modified suitably (to higher size) 10) Burnishing of Journal bearing area 11) Low speed balancing of rotor 12) Load the rotor in to the existing metallic container 13) Pre-dispatch inspection 14) Preservation, packing & forwarding
