Fabrication, Providing and Fitting of Tail Piece to be fabricated out of Mild Steel Plate of 8 mm thickness. The tail piece thus fabricated shall be 900 mm long and 600 mm outer diameter. One end of the tail piece shall be welded to a flange of OD = 780 mm, PCD = 682 mm, ID = 600 mm, No. of through holes = 20 with hole diameter and flange thickness as per IS Standards. The tail piece is to be inserted into the incoming 600 mm dia Sewer Pipe Line within the Sump Well by manual means. The job further includes Providing and Fitting of support brackets for tail piece. The support brackets are to be welded with the existing trash guard within Sump Well. The support brackets are to be fabricated out of ISMC 150. The length of ISMC to be provided and fitted is 15 feet. All tools and tackles required at site for installation of tail piece are to be provided by the contractor.
