Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel,stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B and Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand,or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and baling out water and cleaning and levelling the site etc.,complete (Grade Beam)

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four fine aggregates and Eight coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Centering for sides and soffits for plain surface such as slabs lintels sunshades staircase waist slabs etc., including strutting 3m high using M.S sheet of size 90cm X 90 cm and 10 Gauge fitted with M.S Angle of size 25x25x3mm laid over silver work (C.Wood) joists of size 10x6.50cm spaced at about 90 c/c and supported by casurina props . 10 to 13 cm dia spaced at about 75 c/c complying with standard specification.

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One Cement, One and half M.sand & Three coarse aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

150 mm Blockwork in CM 1:5 (One cement & five sand) using Cement Concrete Blocks 16" x 6" x 8" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification (Ground Floor)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix, 12mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications (S.I.306)

Supplying and laying in flooring with fully polished Synthetic Grey colour Granite stone of 20mm thick (average) of 4' X 2' in size laid over base layer of cementmortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) - 20 mm thick and applying cement slurry &pointed with white cement and colour pigments to the colour of stones and polished neatly as directed by the deparmental officers

Fabrication, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Bus Shelter Light Roofing Arrangement of size 5.10 m x 2.40m using 100mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of continuos profile as shown in Elevation 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 3300mm from finished floor level . The Light Roofing is made up of Stainless Sheet 6mm thick.The rate is inclusive of the charges for cutting, bending, welding, grinding, polishing, conveyance, electrical charges, etc. complete

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC. Unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable rigid Pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch with painting suitable Colour for open PVC light point / fan point (For electronic regulator)

Supply and fixing of 1200 mm (48") sweep AC ceiling fan 5 star ruted complete (Lower End) with 2 module 100w Fan Step Regulator (Lower end) with 1meter down road with fan clamp with side plates and cross arm of size 450mm (18") (SD 470) Electrical S.O.R. 2025-2026

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40 W flu fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting

Supply,Delivery and fixing of 56/0.3 (4sqmm) GI service wire including cost of all material charges and labour charges etc., complete as per Specifications.
