M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level )with the top edges of plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4mm by means of GI nuts, bolts check nuts and washers earth lead protected by 15mm dia GI pipe medium grade and connected to main distribution board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 and all as specified including testing on completion. S&F in replacement, connect, test and commissioning of Undermentioned LT under ground cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductor,1100 Volts grade in trenches/on wall/poles laid in ducts/inside protection pipe of the following cross sectional area including cable glands,lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceilings / walls without cable duct) including taking out old U/S cable all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. NOTE:- The contractor shall submit original Purchase voucher. The Engr-in-charge shall deface the same and fwd with RAR/FB for release of Payment. Non-Submission may lead to non-payment of RAR/FB.

M&L for servicing, cleaning of automatic power factor panel upto 200 KVAr, 440V capacity installed at various locations of E/M installations by opening, disconnecting electrical connections, testing of control wiring, capacitors, contactors including auxilary units, APFC meter of any steps systems, indicator lamps, voltmeter, ammeter, CT's, HRC fuses etc complete and replacing the faulty spares of APFC panel with new spares of equivalent specifications / ratings as existing or as specified or directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : (a) Cost of minor spares such as lugs, HRC fuses, LED indicator lamps, cotton waste for cleaning, wire for control wiring deemed to be included in the quoated rates. (b) Cost of Capacitors, contactors, voltmeter, ammeter will be measured and paid separatly under respective Sch 'A' item.

Supply and fixing in repair, connecting, testing and commissioning MCCB in panel etc. MCCB, TPN (4 Pole), 100Amps, 16 kA breaking capacity with overload and thermal tripping feature, 415Volts AC, 50Hz, ICU = 100%, including certain addition or alteration if required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair, connecting, testing and commissioning MCCB in panel etc. MCCB, TPN (4 Pole), 63Amps, 16 kA breaking capacity with overload and thermal tripping feature, 415Volts AC, 50Hz, ICU = 100%, including certain addition or alteration if required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting the burnt out aluminium lugs and relugging of LT cable in cable end box of transformer on switches including cutting existing lugs suitable for cable of size 70 to 185 sqmm and reconnection after repair work and testing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of the liftings/relaying of cable whereas required for relugging is deemed to be inclusive in the unit rates quoted by the tenderer against that item.

Material and labour for straight through joints (epoxy type) for LT PVC / XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable including jointing and testing etc for the following size :- Note : (i) Cutting of faulty cable/ joint is deemed to be included in the above quoted rates. (ii) If old burnt/damaged LT cable/joint retrived will be issued to contractor as schedule of credit. (iii) Fault location to be identified by the contractor after intimation received from Engr-in-Charge/JE and cost of the same shall be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white with letter, figures and conventional skull & bones in signal red colour & fixed with MS clamps, bolts, nuts of size 20 x 15cm for LT supply including taking out old unsv rusted out danger plates.

Repair/maintenance/Servicing of 110 V DC auto cum Boost Battery Charger (FCBC), testing of control wiring, indicator Lamp ,voltmeter,ammeter,fuse all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.NOTE : (a) Cost of minor spares such as lugs, fuses, LED indicator lamps, cotton waste for cleaning, wire for control wiring deemed to be included in the quoated rates.
