Supply and fix in replacement of copper strip 20mm x 3.15mm complete with saddles and fixing with brass / Copper screws for roof conductors/down conductors complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement of air termination, single pointd, copper rod 12 mm dia and 600 mm long complete all as spcified and directd.

Supply and fix in replacement of point terminal block made of Gun Metal of Phosphor Bronze of size 75mm x 75mm x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos ,8mm dia & 25mm long hexognal head screw of brass fixed to wall complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement of Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm buried in ground all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Galvanised iron pipe light grade of size 50 mm dia for strip protection including fittings , connection all as directed

Exavation in trenches n.exc.1.5 mtr depth for foundation and getting out for laying of pipes in any type of soil complete all as specified and directedby Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in and including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm in any type of soil all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Removing exavated materials not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not execeeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Meterial and labour for sand (Locally available) cushioning for UG cable including spreading , levelling & watering and well ramming consolidation complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. (Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured for payment purpose)

Supply and laying un reinforced precast cable covers class LV type-1 flat of size 250x 150x 40 mm complete al as specified & directed.

Supply, lay joining and testing LT cable XLPE insulated , sheathed , PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable with aluminium conductor (heavy duly) 1100Volts grade laid in trenches / duct or fixed to wall / passing through pipe with cable lugs for standartd aluminium conductor of size 150 sq mm 3.5 core all as directed.

Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60x 60cm x 6mm thick electrode buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal GL connected to GI strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and earth strip protected by 40mm dia GI pipe medium grade connected to main distribution board/ earthing test point all as shown on electrical plate No-03 of SSR Part-1 and all as specified including testing on completion.Note: The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil, plain cement concrete 1;3;6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm c/c both ways , GI funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh, salt and charcoal, protection pipe for earth lead upto 7.50m long complete in addition to item No 1 (a) to (e) of preamble (notes) under sub heading earthing, specified in SSR part-II earth strip and protection pipe beyond 7.5m shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in replacement of Gate Valve , screwed , 50 mm (2") dia pipe cast brass with iren wheel handel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Gate Valve , screwed , 25 mm (1") dia pipe cast brass with iren wheel handel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Gate Valve , screwed , 20 mm (3/4") dia pipe cast brass with iren wheel handel complete all as specified and directed.
