Construction of Govt. Senior Secondary School at Kiar Koti, District Shimla (HP)

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, including shoring, strutting or bailing out water upto any depth or any height quantum of water including dewatering removal of slush and stacking the serviceable and unserviceable material clear from the edge of excavation and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge and retuning the stacked soil in 15 cm (Fifteen centimetre) layers, when required into plinths, side of foundation etcetra consolidating each deposited layer by ramming watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge, within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is excluding GST, but including octroi, royality, Malkhana, toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etcetra including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m (One point five metre), including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm (Twenty centimetres) in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m (Fifty metre) Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm (Eighty milimetres) dia. but not exceeding 300 mm (Three hundred milimetres) dia complete in all respect including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other. incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is excluding GST, but including octroi, royality, Malkhana, toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimetres) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimetres), so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etcetera, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depth of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Foundation footings, bases of columns and mass concrete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design, entire satisfaction and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is excluding GST, but including octroi, royality, Malkhana, toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimetres) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimetres), so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etcetera, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depth of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors roofs, landings balconies and access platform including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is excluding GST, but including octroi, royality, Malkhana, toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimetres) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimetres), so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etcetera; with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depths of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Lintals beams, plinth beams, cantilevers, girders, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design, specifications, entire satisfaction and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point one five millimeters) thick, welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty isto Thirty isto Five millimeters) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering in all heights. below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Small lintels not exceeding 1.5 m clear span, moulding as in cornices, window sills, string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks and the like upto all floor level including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and upto any other incidential as per drawings and technical specifications and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge .The rate is excluding GST, but including octroi, royality, Malkhana, toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the Government.
