Supply of 20 metre height high mast tower, two or three sectioned, hot dip galvanised, suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part-3 along with its all accessories & LED Type Low Intensity aviation obstruction light as per ICAO standard etc : viz head frame, steel wire rope, double or tripple drum winch, suitable steel wire rope, Galvanised Circular lantern carriage arrangement( 0-360 Degree ) (suitable for minimum 240 W LED Flood Light luminaire - 20 Nos ), lightning finial, integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation, trailing cable, supply of foundation bolts, with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates etc. as reqiured. Make :- As per AAI Approved Make list.

Supply of LED type Flood lighting Luminaire fitting having power consumption approx minimum 240 Watt and lumen output minimum 110 lumens/watt, IP- 65, single piece integral high pressure die cast aluminium housing, complete with electronic power driver, all its accessories suitable for 230V, 50 Hz power supply. The LED fitting should be meeting the technical specification as specified.

Design and casting & Making of suitable shallow foundation with M-20 concrete for the high mast in the item no.-1 considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 09T/Sq.Mtr at 2 metres depth.

Erection, testing and commissioning of 20 mtrs High mast system with all its accessories, lighting finial and necessary cables, wirings etc. as required and as per specification on the existing foundation

Installation , Testing and Commision ing of LED fittings to meet the ICAO Lux requirement of Apron making Suitable arrengement and Configuration of Light fitting as per the direction of Engineer Incharge including wiring with suitable size wire & interconnection of Fittings with feeder Pillar/Junction Box complete as required .

SITC of Outdoor feeder pillar , made of 14 SWG CRCA sheet , IP -55 Stand mounted feeder Pillar with 02 two number 32 A TPN MCB Incomer , Single Dial time switch , 22A TP contactor for the Automatic switching of Luminaire , power tool control with 02 Number 09 Amps Contactors and raise lower push button complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/Duct pipe as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thickincluding accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
