Delinator Providing and fixing of Standard Metal Delineator as per IFIC 79-2019 consisting of minimum retro reflective unit exposed area of 330 square cm in white color, full cube comer micro prismatic non-metallic rebro reflective sheeting on each side conforming with IRC 07 2012 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection values as per ASTM D 4950 Type X1 table specification. The delineator shall be painted with powder coat of minimum 40 microns thickness, on top of which retro reflective sheeting shall be pasted on both sides. The structure shall be manufactured in roll forming process and shall have height not less than 800 mm above the ground, width not less than 100 mm and shall extend not more than 300mm below the ground while being installed The front and back faces of the delineator should be curved with a radius of not more than 200 mm and with delta angle (or ceniral angle of curve) lying between 20 degree No and 30 degree, to increase the visibility of the delineator for vehicles moving in continuous curves. Retro Reflective Signs (Type -IV Sheet), for both side Providing and fixing retro-reflective signboards comprising of customised modular PU Epoxy Coated MS angle iron frame work, almunium composite panel (ACP) as base board, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet and electro cut coloured overlay film/ latex printing. The horizontal and vertical members including inclined outer members of the MS frame module shall be made of pair MS angle iron. No panel size shall be more than one Sqm and each panel shall be braced diagonally (one way only) with MS angle. The MS frame module shall have length not more than 3 mtr.
