Scarifying the existing bituminous road suface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per technical specification.

Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tripprs, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirments of line grades and cross-section, and transporting to the embankment location with alift up to 1.50 m lead up to 1000 m as per technical specification. Clause 302.3

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-10 kn static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification cause 402. Providing and laying sheded interlocking concrete block pavement M40 having thickness 80 mm as per IS 1504 ( Including of edge restraint and carriage )

Road Marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising glass Beads on Bituminous surface ( Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including with Reflectorising glass Beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35.
