Supply and fixing in opening complete solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick(Style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tube for top & bottom rails. Material and labour for preparation of wooden surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Hard core of gauge not exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface with broken/stone/boulers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Sand filling under floors including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slabs flooring 18 to 20 mm thick over and including 20 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 5 mm thick plasteringin CM 1:3 over ceiling and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces of any description and apply three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 20 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 on RCC roof slab, finish even and smooth for receive water proofing treatment using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of the plastered roof surfaces and fix the APP polymeric water proofing membrane of minimum 4 mm thickness & weighing not less than 3.8 kg / sqm of black finished reinforced with non-woven ployster 160 gsm matt with a thermofusible finish laid over primer conforming to IS:3384-1965 @ 0.5 kg/sqm and thereafter apply compitable hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 kg/sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch with a overlap of 75 mm at the sides and 100 mm at the end sealing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even & smooth w / o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pavement finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 60 mm thick precast cement concrete coloured interlocking tiles of grade M-35 any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment in floors / pavements incl 30 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes each n.exc 0.5 Cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25Cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in for fixing angle iron and coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment from walls, fins, chajja etc shall include brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrubbing down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescence salts and treating oil and greasy spots and removing debris/ malba to low lying area out side of MOD land and applying 3 mm thick a layer of water proof putty on scrapped/uneven surfaces to match with the existing surfaces before application of primer/distemper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old treated plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrubbing down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescence salts and treating oil and greasy spots removing dust, dirt and all loose scales of existing treatment and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion water based (weather proof coat) paint on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
