Surface Excavation n. exe 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out foundation in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (for similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubbed mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in posts,pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortar complete 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 incl finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100mm thick Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100mm thick hardcore broken stone boulders of gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered & rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for MS work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1998 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for roof trusses (framed) purlins , framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) incl distance pieces, cleats etc., complete usingFe 410-W (Gde -E-25 Quality A) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel plates (plain or corrugated) channes, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) foming holes, without any attachments conforming to Fe410-W (gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing new steel surfaces of any description and apply one coat of red oxide zinc chrome and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 0.50 mm thick pre painted Galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of an having.colour on exterior side tensile strength of 550MPA as in roof covering/cladding to walls fxied with self tapping screws as specied and conforming to all as specified and directed.

All as per itm No. 16 above but plain sheet as in ridges complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavted materials n. exc. 250 m and depositing where directed at a level n . Exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 30cm x 30cm x 25 mm thick Chequered cementr concrete tiles , set and jointed & pointed in grey Pigment Cement and pigments with neat cement slurry as in path/floor etc over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed. Note : The size , colour & combination of tiles as approved by GE.

M &L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintel upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, stringcourses lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones bed plates,kerbs incl weathering slightly rounded or chemfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.
