REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF PACKAGE CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING PLANTS AND CONNECTED WORKS AT TECH AND DOMESTIC AREA AT PXE CHANDIPUR

NOTE (Applicable for all items) :- The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum / amendments and General conditions of contracts before entrying/quoting the rates.

M & L for dismantling and taking out unserviceable and defective parts of compressor of chiller Units of Central type AC Plants of capacity 40 TR of any make,and model after disconnecting the discharge & suction line removal of necessary electrical connection etc. Dismantling compressor body complete and carry out the repair work as per the following :- (a) Repairs to crank shaft, connecting rod, piston, piston pin valve plate by remetaling, cutting/grinding and polishing as required and by supply and replacing all spare parts with new one as required and directed. (b) Repairs /fixing by replacing of all new discharge and suction reeds, big end and small end bush, all bearing, all piston rings, capillary drier cum filter with new one all as specified and directed . (c) Repairs/fixing by replacing of all new kinds of gasket, washers, scappring made of Nylon/ Tuflon sheet/ rubber/fibre sheet as required with new one and all as directed. (d) Repair of Oil pump kit by , dismantling and cleaning, greasing oiling along with new gasket all as required and directed. (e) M & L for Repair/replacement of old u/s copper pipe line as per existing size and shape when found leaking/damage at the time of leak check including necessary flairing, brazing as required and replacement of end fittings made of copper including brass flange nuts, brass dead cap and brass pipe as per site requirement and as directed.( Note : - The cost of new Copper pipe is also included in the same job ) (f) Supply and fix in repair of all u/s rusted bolts, nuts and washers of any kind/made of any metalical/any size and shape as per site requirement with new one all specified and directed. (Note :- The cost of all types/sizes of new nuts , bolts and washers are included in the same job. (g) After the repair work re-assembling the plant and check for leak in system with the help of Nitrogen gas. in case of any leak is detected the repair is to be carried out without any extra cost nitrogen/refrigerant gas. (h) After leak repair release Nitrogen and charge with refrigerant gas and testing to be carried out. Note : The cost for Nitrogen gas for Leak test, Charging/top up of Compressor oil and refrigerant gas (R-22) and necessery spares will be measured & Paid separately

M&L for dismantling and overhauling of condenser/Chiller water pump set of capacity 10 HP, dismantling pump and motor separately, cutting the burnt out winding from slots and rewinding the same by existing size and gauge of super enamalled copper wire including varnishing, heating, repairing the insulating materials, repalcing bearings, bushes and remetalling the shaft including necessary heat treatment , and repairing the pump , including replacing the gland packing , bearings and all rusted nuts and bolts, washers and remetaling the Impeller of suitable size and bore for lifting the water from source and reassembling the motor and pump with gland packing includings painting of pump amd motor assambly complete with two coats of super enameled paints over one coats of red oxide, fixing the motor & pump at its position and connecting the suction and delivery water pipe and testing under working conditions, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 12 here- in- before but of capacity 7.5 HP complete all as specified and directed

M&L for repair and servicing to squirrel cage induction motor 3 phase 415V, 10 HP Kirlosker make or any others make by dismantling of motor from the pump set removing the stater/rotor separately, cleaning, varnishing, heating and drying re-erecting, aligning with the pump, testing, including replacing the bearing and bush, polishing and re-metalling the shaft including necessary heat treatment. Reassembling the motor and pump with new gland packing, supply and fix new gland nuts, bolts, with gland mounting nuts & bolts washers complete , painting the motor and pumps with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparing the surfaces all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. fixing the motor & pump on their own base and connecting the suction and delivery water pipes and testing with proper working condition complete all as directed .

All as per Sl Item No. 14 here- in- before but induction motor of capacity 7.5 HP complete all as directed .

Servicing and maintenance including Pressure testing / leak arresting , vaccumising with dry nitrogen gas / oil charging, incl replacing the unserviceable strainers all as required and testing complete for the Central type AC plant of capacity 85 TR at Ballistic center ,PXE . Note :- Quantity of Nitrogen gas used for leak testing and Antimoist for absorbing of moisture are included in the unit rates and Refregerant Gas , compresser oil will be measured and paid seperately complete all as directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 16 here- in- before but Package type AC plant of capacity 5.5 TR to 8.5 TR at any location/building of PXE tech area .

Supply only for Recharge/Top up refrigerant R- 22 (Mefron) or equivalent in Central type AC Plants at Auditorium and Ext AP Lab of various capacities complete all as specified and directed. Make : Mafron/Floron/Refron.

Supply only for Recharge/Top up Refrigerant (R-407) in AC plant at Ayudh Bhawan & AP Lab of various capacities complete all as specified and directed. Make : Mafron/Floron/Refron.

Supply only for Recharge/Top up of Refrigerant (R-134) in the AC plant at Ballistic Cente complete all as specified and directed. Make : Mafron/Floron/Refron.

Supply and charging/top up of compressor oil in compressor of Central type AC plant of capacity 40 TR including drain out old unserviceable compressor oil all as specified and directed. (Make : Freezal 68 / Vidol 68 or equivalent as approved)

Supply and charging/top up of Synthetic Screw compressor oil in Screw compressor of Central type AC plant of capacity 85 TR including drain out old unserviceable compressor oil all as specified and directed. (Make : Carrier grade 220vs / totaline or equivalent as approved)

M&L for Carrying out cleaning and descaling of iron deposited inside and outside of condenser shell and tube by using chemical suitable for descaling recommended by manufacturer manual of the respective plant, complete with satisfactory of capacity 3 x 40 TR Central AC Plant at Auditorium complete all as specifed and directed .

All as per Sl Item No. 24 here- in- before but for capacity 3 x 85 TR at Ballistic Centre AC Plant.

M&L for dismenteling and taking down unserviceable electric motor from compressor / AHU / Package AC unit of capacity 60 HP, 3 pahse, 415 volts of any make and type, Transportation to out side workshop for necessary repair/rewinding, dismantling of complete motor assembly, taking out burnt winding cleaning of core and rewiding with supper enamel copper wire of appropriate gauge/size and weight /turn as per existing including providing insulation materials, varnising , heating all as directed, repalcement of worn out bearings and carrying out painting by two coats of (1st quality) synthetic enameled paint over the existing painted surface after preparation and refixing to its original position with testing and commissioning comprete all as directed.

Dismantling and taking down the electric motor of compressor / AHU / Package AC unit of capacity 20 HP capacity and transporting to work Shop and carrying out servicing/ maintenance of motor unit as per the following maintenance work:- (a) Opening of electric motor and cleaning/ removing dust from Armature and field coil (b) Cleaning of used/ old lubricated substance (c) Cleaning of starter and rotor unit (d) Checking and tightening of coupling, nuts, bolts and replacement of rubber insert. (e) Carrying out heat varnishing with varnish solution of best quality for field and armature coil. (f) Replacement of oil worn out bearings. (g) Reassembling the complete motor and carrying out testing at work Shop and transporting back to installation and coupling with pumping set including necessary alignment, cable connection all as directed.
