| 1 | CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DPR OF STP AT MAMUN MIL STATION:
1.1 Preliminary field data collection including Identification of existing B/R and E/M services (Bldgs/Structure, Roads, P&G network, artefacts like tanks, treesor any other obstruction if any) affecting the proposed sewer network and their marking in AUTO CAD drawings.
1.2. Detailed survey through GIS (Based on GPS) or advance method for complete Project Area under GE (N) Mamun. Relatively permanent benchmark to be identified which can also be used at later stage for verifying the levels and excavation work.
1.3. Preparation of proposed network plan of sewer lines. Accordingly identifying locations for proposed STPs. Final detailed survey of proposed and finalized network after prior detailed discussions with representatives of "The Client".
1.4. Sewer network plan to be obtained through latest computational tools available duly showing the nodes, discharge at nodes, diameter of sewer for the chosen sewer material and slope available, invert level and ground level. The slope should be optimized so that depth is limited to an extent and excavation cost is reduced. For this purpose a flushing network to be created out of recycled treated waste water to be connected at appropriate first manholes or intermediate manholes or at junction of branch sewer, interceptor sewer and trunk sewer. Requirement of lift wells if any to be justified with mathematical calculation and cost optimisation of the scheme as a whole.
1.5. Characteristics of soil including SBC at various locations of proposed STPs and lift well and submission of preliminary report thereof.
1.6. Collection of sewer sample in peak hours from project area for identification of sewage characteristics and submission of test report for the same along with DPR.
1.7. Assessment of suitable manholes types: Precast manholes Vs Cast in situ manholes. Water tight and zero solid waste intrusion type manholes covers to be included in design.
1.8. Final DPR preparation should be based on latest policies or guidelines issued by E-in-C's branch.
1.9. The cost of complete project has two main components - STPs and sewer lines. The sewer line length can be reduced by increasing the number of STPs. The consultant should provide an optimized workable solution thereby suggesting number of STPs required and therefore identify sewer network collecting sewage load for each STP. Accordingly phasing of complete work will be arrived at.
1.10. The consultant should also provide a comparative analysis of sewer pipe material: Concrete pipe vs DWC PE pipes. pipes.
1.11. Connecting and dovetailing existing STPs and sewer lines. | 1 | Each Job | - | - |
| 2 | 2.1. The design and drawing for different components of MBBR based STPs to be clearly shown in DPR.
2.2. Tertiary treatment to be done and suitable arrangement for reuse of treated waste water for irrigation arboriculture purpose to be provided in DPR.
2.3. Energy efficient pumps and blowers with magnetic coupling to be provided in STPs Design calculation for each E/M item to be shown in DPR.
2.4. Method statement for laying of pipes, construction of man holes, establishing accurate slope as stated in DPR.
2.5. Detailed estimation including BOQ & costing of complete work as per the SSR rates, ED rates, and as per market survey.
2.6. The finalized DPR to be vetted by IIT/E-in-C Branch only.
2.7. Preparation of Approximate Estimate Part-l & Il as per format given by MES.
2.8. Structural design of all civil work except Sewerage Treatment Plant.
2.9. Consultant will assist in collecting water table data including HFL during peak monsoon.
2.10 Consultant will be part of team with MES at the time of commissioning of STP.
2.12. If any existing sewage treatment/Disposal system is available for which S.T.P. are being planned then consultant will take necessary action according to standard procedure as per practice.
2.13. Will provide options to CE zone as de-centralization of S.T.P. in DPR also justification for adoption and new technologies on various factors like cost-benefit analysis, OPEX, CAPEX.
2.14. SCADA including automation be planned for the scheme samples analyse to give treated waste water parameter.
2.15. Necessary provision for area drainage will be incorporated while preparing DPR. Provision of fire fighting equipment and sign board will be incorporated in DPR.
2.16. Consultant will assist the department for moving request to SPCB and local bodies for necessary approval, technical assistance required if any shall be provided by the consultant in this regard. | - | - | - | - |
| 3 | DATA / INFORMATION TO BE SUPPLIED BY THE CLIENT:
3.1. Location and description of all Accn area wise in the Station.
3.2. Population of all Acon along with floating population.
3.3. Scale of water supply to all Accommodations.
3.4. Providing bore log and strata charts, if available.
3.5. Location of existing STPs with its capacity.
3.6. Verification of proposed sewer network with respect to tentative Location of existing sewer line & water supply pipelines, electric cables, gas pipelines, drains, roads etc, which affect the proposed sewer network along with cost of shifting of services, as applicable.
3.7. Any other details (if available) required by "The Consultant" for Preparation of DPR.
3.8. Providing water table data and HFL.
3.9. To assist for obtaining NOC from SPCB and Local Bodies wherever required. | - | - | - | - |
