12mm thick cement plaster in C.M (1:4)

Plastic paint 2 coats over primer

Finishing wall surface with acrylic wall putty

Priming 1 coat with wall primer

Supply and fixing of gypsum-based ceiling tiles 600mmx600mmx16mm size NRC=0.5, CAV value 34 db: Equivalent to Dune RH99 (Armstrong) with silhouse frame (black groove) to be fixed from AC roof including labor and transport.

Providing and fixing ceiling lights (15 watt) of 600x600mm size of approved make including connection.

Painting two coats with weather seal coat over a coat of water bound wall primer

Vitrified floor tiles 60cm x 60cm size of premium grade having thickness 8mm to 10mm thickness over cement mortal (1:3)

Enamel painting 2 coats over a coat of red oxide primer after scraping and cleaning the surface

Aluminum partitaion walling with anodized Al section No.9210 and 9207 as horizontal and vertical member and section 4660 as taperd clip for fixing of 5mm thick smoke glass.

Aluminum sliding/Push pull Door with anodized (Hindalco) aluminum section with handle, lock & 5mm thick smoke glass, etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 19mm thick water proof pvc solid board with outer sunmica fixing including S.S. fitting complete in all respect.

Supply and fixing 15-20mm polished granite stone with edge moulding on the top of table.

Providing and fixing vanation blind including cost of fabric stick & sliding board.

Supply and fixing wash basin with pilar cock and waste pipeline..

Supply and fixing 20mm PVC pipeline with all fittings.
