Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:

(a) 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :

Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing bright finished brass handles with screws etc. complete:

Providing and fixing wooden moulded beading to door and window frames with iron screws, plugs and priming coat on unexposed surface etc. complete :

2nd class teak wood

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge..

a) In cement mortar

Dismantling stone slab cladding fixed on wooden frame on the cash counter carefully not to damage the cash counter including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead

Providing for floor spring of BTS 75 of make DORMA or equivalent.

Providing for top pivot PT 24 of make DORMA or equivalent.

Providing for corner lock US 10 of make DORMA or equivalent.

Dismembering/dismantling of 19mm ply cabinets/ partitions in cash counter as per requirement at site including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba unserviceable items including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and laying modular ceramic wall tiles for wall lining in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) , of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineerin- Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

(a) Modular Ceramic tile of size 450 X 300mm

Providing and fixing in position 6mm thick commercial ply over existing conference table in required shape and size with headless nails, fevicol etc including making the receiving surface rough with sand paper by taking out the existing mica, all complete and as per the dierction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position 0.8mm thick Mica sheet over 6 mm thick commercial ply with headless nails, fevicol etc in required shape and size all complete and as per the dierction of Engineer-in-Charge.(6mm thick commercial ply shall be paid in basic item)

Providing and fixing 8mm thick toughened glass on cash counter as per desired size and shape etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of clamps to be paid in basic item):

Providing and fixing brass clamps (for 8mm toughened glass) on wooden counter all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

French spirit polishing : (a) Two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler

Fixing 12mm thick toughened glass doors of size upto 1.00mx 2.40m with pivots and floor spring all complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(Note:- Toughened glass doors shall be provided free of cost by the department, pivots and floor spring shall be paid in basic item).

Carriage of 1 nos toughened glass door. Wooden door frames, floor spring, lock, handle etc from 3rd floor Telephone Exchange building Sec-17, Chandigarh to 2nf floor T.E Building Sec-34 Chandigarh with utmost precaution and supervision not to damage the glass doors i/c the cost of labour for lifting, carrying, loading, transporting and placing at desired location all complete and as per tyhe direction of E-in-Charge.

Fixing machine cut, mirror/ eggshell polished , Marble stone work for wall lining (veneer work) including dado, skirting, risers of steps etc., in required design and pattern (if required with marble stone slab pieces of different shapes, sizes & texture but of even thickness) on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) laid and jointed with white cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade, including rubbing, curing, polishing etc. all complete as per Architectural drawings, and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (a) 18mm Granite stone slab of colour black, Cherry/Ruby red (i) Area of slab upto 0.50 sqm (Note: Granite shall be provided free of cost by the department)
