Carriage of earth by mechanical transport including loading, unloading Lead of 2 km complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering , All work plinth level: - 1:2:4 (:1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone agg 12.5mm nominal size Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.(DSR 4.1.3)

15mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (DSR 13.5.1)

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) Flush/ Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (DSR 13.31.1)

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing or replastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (DSR 14.17)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. Engineer-in-Charge.( DSR 15.56)

Finishing walls with acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade:- New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/ 10 sqm. (DSR 13.46.1)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work. (DSR 14.54.1)

Providing and fixing Old PCC kerbs available at site includes the cost of filling and pointing of joints between kerbs with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement 4 course sand) Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. as required. (DSR 10.25.2)

Providing and fixing M.S. flat railing having flat size 50x12mm having 6'-0" long and 2'-3" high above ground level and 1'-0" below ground level welded with 2no's M.S. flat 40x10mm horizontally at 6” upper and 6” from bottom and 10no's M.S. square bars of 45 degree angle at 6" center to center between the 2no's horizontally M.S. flat 40x10mm including the cost of 2no's 12mm dia nut and bolts with 2no's M.S. pipe of 19mm dia and 3" long sleeve piece. The bottom of vertical ounter M.S. flat 50x12mm shall be provided with 9" long anchorage piece of MS flat 50x12mm welded at bottom and railing shall be properly embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 block of size 1'-0"x0'-9"x1'-0". The complete railing shall be painted with two coats of approved quality paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S flat Revolving gate with 4 panel having flat size 50 x12 mm 1'-4" long of each panel welded with 75mm dia MS pipe 2'-3" long for revolving shutters and 2'-3" high above ground level and 3'-6" below ground level and 5 No's M.S square bars of 45 degree angle at 6'' center to center between the 2 No's horizontally M.S flat 50 x 12mm including the 1 No's M.S. pipe 50mm dia in posts having 4'-6" long with 1no's M.S. Flat 40x10mm at bottom under post to be provided the 4 panel revolveing and gate shall be properly embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 be painted with two coats of approved quality paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfication of Engineer- in-Charge.
