The reimbursement for EPF & ESIC deposit shall not be made. 2. The payment of wages to labourers should be made through bank. 3. The bidder must possess sufficient manpower & other resources (as detailed in SGF ) required for the timely completion of work. 4. Providing & laying in position Cement concrete 1:3:6 using graded stone aggregate 40 mm max. size including consolidating, finishing, curing etc. complete as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Providing & laying in position REINFORCED cement concrete of M-20 grade at all heights using graded stone aggregate of 20 mm max. size including machine mixing, consolidation, mechanical vibration, finishing, curing, cost of labour & machineries etc. complete as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer in-charge but excluding formwork, shuttering and steel reinforcement.

In beams, slabs, lintels, bed blocks, chajjas, canopies, shelves, walls and window cills, Staircase etc.

Providing centering and shuttering using timber planks/steel plates including strutting and propping etc. at all heights and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and in plain concrete work etc. complete as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Providing and placing in position REINFORCEMENT using TMT BARS of brands as specified in "list of preferred makes", having minimum yield strength of Fe 500 conforming to IS 1786, for reinforced cement concrete work at all levels, including cutting, bending, fixing, tying in position with 1.6 mm dia. soft drawn annealed binding wire, with chairs, legs, supports etc. complete including cost of transporting the bars from factory to required location at work site, cost of 1.6 mm dia. soft drawn annealed binding wire, watch & ward, insurance etc complete all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor at their own cost and will not be measured for payment.)

Providing, fabricating, cutting, erecting, and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape using Structural steel M.S. plain & chequered plates at all levels including welding, primary coat of steel primer and transportation etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The welding weights shall not be measured for payments but cost of same shall be included in the rate.)

Providing, fabricating, cutting, erecting, and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape using ISMBs, Joists, channels, angles, flats, Tees etc. of minimum grade Fe 250, at all levels including welding, primary coat of steel primer and transportation etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The welding weights shall not be measured for payments but cost of same shall be included in the rate.)

Providing, fabricating, cutting, erecting, and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape using RHS, SHS & circular hollow sections of Grade Yst 310 as per IS: 4923 at all levels including welding, primary coat of steel primer and transportation etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The welding weights shall not be measured for payments but cost of same shall be included in the rate.)

Note: ( Common for Str. steel Items ) 1. Structural steel shall conform to relevant IS 2. The contractor shall supply copy of Documentary evidence of purchase of steel, test certificates from the manufacturing firms and also testing from third party, if required to be arranged at no extra cost. 3. Welding weights, connections, bolts and nuts shall not be measured for payment but the cost of which shall be deemed to have been included in the rate. 4. All holes will be made by drilling only. Gas cutting of holes will not be permitted.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using table moulded chimney bricks having a compressive strength not less than 40kg/cm² in foundation & plinth upto FFL including curing, raking out joints above ground level, simultaneous pointing below G.L. etc. complete as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Cement plastering to external surfaces of walls at all heights, 20mm thick, with cement mortar 1:4 over brick walls or concrete surfaces, including finishing rough (wooden float finish) hacking the concrete surfaces, double scaffolding wherever necessary, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting steel work in two coats of Aluminium paint of approved shade over one coat of steel primer including preparing surfaces, scaffolding and cleaning, tools & tackles, safety appliances etc. complete etc. complete as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Painting steel work with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over one coat of approved wood/steel primer including preparing surfaces, filling with putty, scaffolding and cleaning, tools & tackles, safety appliances etc. complete as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Painting New exterior walls on rough surfaces with two coats of External acrylic emulsion paint of approved colour and shade including preparing the surfaces, filling with putty wherever required, scaffolding and cleaning, tools & tackles, safety appliances etc. complete and as per drawings, specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing/erecting in position G.I. chainlink fabric fencing of required height above ground level with 10 guage GI chainlink mesh of size 50mmx50mm fixed to existing MS angles/RCC post including cost of 6mm dia M.S. rod, p/f GI 'J' hooks, bolts, nuts, washers, staples and p/f longitudinally 3 rows of 8 guage GI wires complete generally as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, stretching and fixing in position 2 ply, 12 guage, 4 spikes G I Barbed wire at specified spacing, firmly fixed to M.S. angles/RCC posts/wooden posts either horizontally or inclined manner including supplying & fixing necessary 'J' hooks, bolts, nuts, washers staples etc. as required for the work at all levels and any where in RRCAT campus complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
