Anodised aluminium butt hinges of approved quality manufactured from extruded section conforming to I.S. specification (I.S. 205/66) fitted and fixed with cadmium plated screws: iii) 75x45x 2.5mm.

Anodised aliminium D-type handle of approved quality manufactured from extrded section conforming to I.S. specification (I.S. 230/72) fitted and fixed complete: (a) with continuous plate base (Hexagonal / round rod) (ii) 100mm grip X 10mm dia rod.

Supplying, fitting and fixing boiling water proof ply conforming to IS: 710-1977 bonded with phenol foraldehyde synthetic resin conforming to IS : 848-1974 of approved make and brand fitted and fixed as per design as per approval and direction of Engineer-in-charge .[ excluding the cost of supporting frame work and teak wood batten/Lipping] in ground floor. vi) 19 mm

M.F. suspended ceilling made with 12.5 mm thick Gypsum plaster board including G.I. Perimeter channel of .55mm flush (having two flanges 20 mm and 30 mm respectively and wb 27 mm) along with perimeterof ceilling with G.I intermediate channel of .9 mm thick size 45mm in 15mm placed at 750 mm c/c with G.I. ceilling angle of size 25 mm x 10 mm x 0.55 mm thick fixed tothe ceilling with G.I. cleat and steel expansion fastener ceilling section 0.55 m m thick of size 51.50mm x 26 mm fixed to the intermediate channels with the help of connecting clip and in the direction of perpendicular to the intermediate channel of 300 mm c/c 12.5 mm thick Gypsum plastered board are to be fixed under ceilling section as above by machines scres. the boards are to be joined and finished with jointing compound , paper tape and application of top coated etc. as per the direction of Engineering charge.( The rate includes of all cost of all materials including taxes, cost of accessories, fittings and fictures, scaffolding and labour charges etc complete) in ground floor.
